I'm cutting a little slack for this review because it sounded like they had a lot of new hires tonight. Could have been a busy night, but when we entered, we didn't get a friendly hello. Not only that, but the speed they we're working on orders was a bit slow. After we returned home and ate our pizza's. It was nothing less than your average pizza, although I wouldn't recommend the Calzone, as much. Personal Addendum : Bring back Deep Dish for a weekend special.

I love their cauliflower crust but most of all I love my own unique pizza creations. The staff are always very, very patient, friendly and helpful. Patience is important since I get a pizza with just about everything on it. No matter how many items I choose they always make it exactly as I wish and it is wonderfully delicious.

We each had pizza our own way. Well almost with me. They ran out of the cauliflower crust. Fresh ingredients used. Like much their fountain drink to create it yourself. I use the fizz plain soda & mixed it iwith the flavored drink like the lemon cucumber mint. The music in the background was retro.

Ordered online and went to pickup my create your own pizza which I put special instruction, bbq sauce on the side. The kid who is one of the employees worked today around 4pm because he literally acted like a kid not professional at all. Maybe even a kid with manners would act better than this guy. He went on saying he put bbq sauce all over my pizza because I didn’t pay for the sauce on the side. I tried to explain to him that it doesn’t give me the option to pay for the sauce on the side, I can pay for it when I pick it up. Instead of apologizing he went on saying I have to pay for the sauce. I asked for my refund and the manager gave me only $13 when I paid $21 online. He said google charge me $8. Pieology is no longer the same when it first started. The quality of the food and professionalism of staff is no longer there. You don’t deserve a star, I had to put one to have a review.

Like this place but don’t place an order online. Ordered two custom pizzas and they had missing/added several random toppings. Don’t know how you can be so far off the order. Unfortunately didn’t notice till we got home and due to allergies my pizza (what I assumed was mine) was not eatable. Tried calling and there was no answer. Didn’t order mushrooms, olives, pineapple, artichoke.

My family and I recently purchased 4 custom pizzas from this Pieology in La Mirada. My mom loves Pieology and we go every time she visits, but we recently moved cities and tried this new location. We put in an Online Order since it usually saves us time and usually online orders are made correctly (at least, in my experience with other Pieologies and Mod Pizzas). I had great faith everything would go well. Man, was I utterly wrong. 3 of 4 pizzas were incorrectly made with missing or added (not requested) ingredients. Each pizza (also the 4th pizza not shown since there were no ingredient issues) was also haphazardly thrown together with either too much ingredients in the center or towards the outside of the crust. I know there were a lot of ingredients, but at least there should be some consistency! Unfortunately, I did not catch this upon pickup as I did not know exactly what everyone had ordered, even though the individual at the counter opened each box. Ultimately we still chose to eat the pizzas rather than have to drive all the way back to Pieology. We were hungry, which added to the displeasure. I don't plan to patron this specific location again. Perhaps the pizza artisan was overwhelmed or perhaps they lacked training. I don't know. The rudeness of Aliana is off the charts. I've never seen an employee get confrontational with a paying customer and still get to keep her job. This isn't the first time, so I won't be back.

Pizza is good but I literally got a menu item called the “veggie pesto” and they forgot the pesto which is why I ordered it. Unfortunately noticed after :(
