Small place but good food. There was only one server so service was slow but she was trying to do her best.
Carryout dinners were fine. Also ordered guac and chips. Chips were so stale, we couldn’t eat them (glad I had a fresh bag of Tostitos in the pantry). If you’re voted best in Racine County, all items are expected to be fresh.
Great food. The Pollo Tepic is a special family recipe and unique dish, seriously worth trying. Everything else is good too, but I’m partial to the fajitas and street corn in a cup.
AMAZING FOOD!!!! Service was fast and efficient as well as kind! Small indoor seating area, maybe 8-10 tables...so plan on take out or order ahead! Can't wait to eat here again!!! Must try the Fluffy tacos. No one does tacos like that!!! Also, a major nod to the chips and salsa! That green salsa is absolute fire!!!!
Waited several minutes (and i do mean several minutes) for our food. My husband and I both got very sick from the food we ordered. It must have been an off day, as Picos is usually pretty good!
Food was amazing. Odd visit, though. We asked the server for a recommendation and she said, "Oh I don't eat the food here." We do. I can highly recommend the mole chicken tacos.
