My new favorite spot in St. Cloud. We ordered the pretzel and beer cheese as an appetizer and it was delicious. The blue cheese burger was decent but didn't have enough blue cheese tang that I crave. We got the large house salad with raspberry vinaigrette too which was a fun combination of sweet and savory. We really love the atmosphere and service here. We'll be back soon!

We ordered the tuna nachos which were unique. The tuna was fresh. For mains, we ordered a burger and the chicken and waffles. The burger was good, and the chicken and waffles were great (a little on the sweeter side but still yummy. The only criticism was the fries weren’t super crispy. Really good service. Went during lunch. Definitely recommend if in the area.

Phyre Steakhouse And Speakeasy didn’t disappoint. From the hostess to our server Kim to the food it was all on point. Great food and quickly made. The tuna wontons were out of this world. Till next time!!!

Not as good as I anticipated, everything on the menu look great but the chefs executions were very poor. After botching our order several times with only a two top, we ended up going with the safest thing on the menu (beer battered fish and chips) 😔. Great venue though 🤷🏿‍♂️

Charlie was so fun. Super attentive and pleasant to speak with, overall a great server. The food was delicious and Mark was amazing with the drinks. I definitely recommend and will go back for dinner and the pianist which we were told plays Saturdays at 6. If you’re in the area, you definitely want to stop in and try it!

I recently dined at Phyre Steakhouse and Speakeasy in St. Cloud, Florida. While the food was quite good, and the atmosphere quite inviting, my overall experience was overshadowed by the cold temperature inside the establishment. The culprit? Wide-open front doors. With an outside temperature hovering around 45℉, this seemed to defy the basic principles of indoor comfort. The menu offered a decent variety, and I opted for a dish that received positive reviews. The food was indeed good, with flavors that were well-balanced and ingredients that seemed fresh. However, I couldn't help but wonder why the front doors were kept open on such a chilly day? The staff explained that they kept the doors open to prevent the place from getting “too stuffy.” While I understand the importance of fresh air, the excessively cold conditions detracted from what could have been a more pleasant dining experience. It left me and my dining companion shivering throughout our meal, while watching other patrons donning their coats and gloves. Phyre has the potential to be a culinary gem. I would encourage management to reconsider their approach to temperature control to ensure that patrons can fully savor the very good cuisine without the distraction of an uncomfortable environment.

The pasta w chicken was a little cold but flavors were very good. Wish they gave us the food as soon as it was made. It’s ok though everything else was great.
