Very good tasty combo Pho at a reasonable prices. The medium size was Chuck full of meats, do wish they gave a little more noodles. The soap stock was good, but sweet and can use a little more flavor.

After shopping, we wanted to have Vietnamese noodle. So we decided to check out Phuong Trang. Finding parking is always a challenge in Convoy Street area, especially on weekends. But this Saturday, there were ample parkings. This restaurant has lots of seating indoor so we got seated without wait and waitstaff brought us hot tea as requested. We ordered three dishes: bun rieu ground shrimp with eggs vermicelli soup in light broth with tomatoes, fried tofu and Vietnamese ham; and calamari salad which has shredded papaya, cucumber, celery, carrots, topped with marinated calamari, crushed peanuts, fresh mint and toasted sesame seeds and lastly, the house special broken rice combo which has shredded pork, steamed egg meatloaf, ground shrimp wrapped in tofu, grilled chicken, slices of tomatoes and cucumber, salad, pickled carrots and radish and broken rice. The hot vermicelli soup was simply delicious comfort food for us. We loved the savory grounded shrimps, eggs and tomato broth. Calamari salad was surprisingly well prepared with fresh ingredients and tender marinated calamari. So good! The grilled chicken and steamed egg meatloaf rice combo was a hit for our group. Waitstaff was attentive and food came out fast. This restaurant offers very authentic Vietnamese cuisine, generous portions, lots of options and budget friendly. We will definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu.

November 2023 review Still good. I love Roll Rice Paper dishes because they include fresh veggies, Vietnamese Pico, and Vietnamese sauce. Good attitude Employee but when restaurant is busy you should check and remind them about your food for make sure they dont forget anything. Recommend #2 : roll meals . That make them famous . First time ever having Ground Shrimp and Eggs Vermicelli Noodle Soup and was amazing! The crispy egg noodles with pork and stir-fried veggies was my son’s favorite. Will definitely come back :)

There were some communication issues with the waiter though the food is okay. We will probably not come back to this place.

We had a one of kind Vietnamese meal. It was really delicious and unique. We had grilled beef pot spring rolls and was unforgettable. We will come back soon.

The owner is more friendly and take care the customer then the 2 daughter lol. If she have time she help you pack the food and ask you need anything. 2 stuck daughter i give a D for grade. Food pretty good love the Bun rieu really good and garlic chicken wing
