Pho Today Bridgewater - Vietnamese restaurant in Bridgewater - 623 E Main St, USA

We normally go to the one in Piscataway and thought to try this and compare. Furniture is very outdated and showing aged. Menu is not as extensive as other Pho Today. Service is lacking. As for the food, the bean sprouts were not fresh. 👎 The soup base is comparable and the meat is too fatty. Overall, I would go to Piscataway over Bridgewater.

Food is okay but the service needs to be improved. The one who took my order was not patient that she told me she had other tables to serve and gave me cold cold face when I confirmed the dish my little one was gonna order. I looked around, there were no new coming customers after us. It’s just not welcoming and not friendly. We finally spent 40-50 dollar there and still gave them 10% tips as other two workers there were nice to us and let me feels a little bit better, but we won’t come back.

Solid Pho, easy to order online. Portions are big for the price. Broth is delicious! Will definitely be back to try more menu items. Plenty of parking and easy to find

I love eating foods that are not the normal pho dishes. Pork is my preference but beef is handled with equal skill. Flavors are well balanced and the ingredients are fresh. A Jasmine bubble tea charms as do their Viet iced coffee

First time here. 5 people Food was very good Service needs improvement We asked for drinks a few times, restrooms needs a deep cleaning some mold around the faucet and very duty on the toilet area I always care for cleaning restrooms, that shows the mirror of the place. Corridors full of storage stuff and empty buckets not very good looking when you pass by

Always a great viet food option! I have been to the Plainfield location but the bridgewater option is just as good. The pho is always good and I also recommended the omelette if wanted to try something new. We like the pork option for banh mi but the mixed meat option has pate in there. Also the spring rolls are always fried to perfection.

Lunch time— busy but not crowded ( spacious location ) service was average ( all the staff polite ).

Exceptional food and place for a meal. The food is flavored well, the portion sizes are well thought out and the presentation is well done per plate. The wait staff is nice, but they did not come back to refill beverages or check how everything was, that is the only reason for the reduction in star count.
