Pho Street - Vietnamese restaurant in Bryn Mawr - 1001 W Lancaster Ave, USA

My wife and I were craving Vietnamese food for lunch and went to Pho Street to satisfy our cravings. This was our first time there and we couldn't have been more pleased. Some of the signs by the front entrance are a little faded so you might not think they're open sometimes, but make no mistake they are open and ready to feed you. The dining room was half full for a mid-week lunch time, with people also walking in to pick up take-out orders. The menu has a lot of authentic options but I don't find it overwhelming, as it's laid out well. We had the shrimp summer rolls, sizzling Vietnamese crepe, and the grilled pork Bahn mi. Everything was delicious; the ingredients are fresh and you can taste it. The service was great and the food came out remarkably quick. I would also recommend getting the Vietnamese hot espresso with condensed milk - nice and strong, the way it should be. I can't wait to go back!

This felt like a hidden gem! My husband and I walked by and thought that maybe the place had shut down but I’m glad we took a second look. Service was great and it was fairly busy. We ordered, coffee, shrimp rolls, pho, and the crepe. We really enjoyed all of it! The crepe was different, almost like a fried savory crepe.

So glad we beat the crowd! This had to be a great place based on the number of people we managed to beat getting in! The food was wonderful and so filling! Would go again and recommend highly!

Ordered shrimp vermicelli through GrubHub. It's supposed to come with 6 shrimp, noodles, carrots, bean sprouts, lettuce, cilantro and the peanuts. mine arrived with 5 shrimp (which were overcooked and rubbery) and half a bites worth of noodles. No peanut sauce either. Will get a refund through GrubHub but honestly, did anyone even try when making this? Would give 0 stars if I could.

We were sat quickly, restaurant felt clean and multiple people serving / taking orders. I did like the photos inside the menu, helped understand what some of the dishes would look like. Our order arrived quickly and everything was fresh tasting. Had the Banh Mi, bread was perfect for this sandwich. The Pho was flavorful without being overly spicy.

I have been to Pho street many times and tried many of their dishes, dine-in and delivered. I do have different cravings every time. However, my favorites are ca kho to (braised fish), com tam dac biet (broken rice), canh chua tom (sweet and sour shrimp soup), bun Bo hue (spicy beef noodle), and pho dac biet (deluxe pho). The servers are usually friendly, kind, and accommodating to us. However, complimentary water could be improved (I could tell it’s tap water).

My daughter and I love this place! Great authentic food and do much to choose from. It's not fancy by any means. But fast and cheap!

CLEAN APPEARANCE, FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, TIMELY ATTENTIVE SERVICE. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT WELL PREPARED & SERVED. STAFF DOES NOT RUSH YOU. THEY CONVEY TO YOU BY THEIR ATTITUDE YOU ARE WELCOMED & APPRECIATED BY DINING AT THIS VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT. WATER IS SERVED TO YOU WITHOUT YOU ASKING. MY SECOND VISIT THERE AND I ASSURE YOU THERE WILL BE A THIRD VISIT GOD WILLING. SMALL PARKING LOT ACROSS FROM THE RESTAURANT IS AVAILABLE FREE PARKING, AND I UNDERSTAND MORE PARKING IS AVAILABLE DOWN THE STREET. BUT THIS RESTAURANT IS A WINNER IN A GREAT TOWN OF BRYN MAWR, PA.
