Pho Pier 77 - Vietnamese restaurant in Panama City Beach - 19932 Front Beach Rd, USA

My dining experience was a nightmare. The frozen chicken wings screamed lack of quality, and it was evident that freshness was a foreign concept. As if that weren't bad enough, the overall cleanliness of the place was appalling. 0 Star is my real review I made the unprecedented decision to give a 0% tip on account of the entire nightmarish experience for first time in my life . However, upon returning home, I discovered they had already charged an 18% gratuity for the abysmal food and service. It's regrettable to say that this establishment falls far below acceptable standards. A thorough overhaul in both food quality and hygiene practices is urgently needed. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place at all costs. .

S1 BBQ pork sandwich & S4 shrimp sandwich were good. No sides included so we ordered egg rolls. Total for both meals was less than $20. It must have been pretty good, we forgot to take photos of the food. Came back again: This time we had shrimp fried rice & house rice special with pork chops and fried egg over the steamed rice. Both were great along with the egg rolls.

Love this place a lot will definitely come back sometime, meal portions were perfect and food was supper yummy. ✨

Ordered carryout meals and was surprised by how small a "Large Order" was and they did not provide any of the side vegetables. To us, the vegetables help make the Pho unique and there were no hoysin packets, Oyster sauce packets or pepper flake packets.

We were pleasantly surprised by being the only gusts on a Saturday night, looks like everyone orders takeout. Our Pho was delicious. Coconut boba was also tasty. The only reason I take off a star is weird tip/gratuity “policy”. They already include 18% gratuity in total, and leave a field for additional tip. That got us confused, so keep an eye out, I wouldn’t say this dining was worth 35% tip. Other than that I totally suggest dining here!

Very casual restaurant... convenient location, amazing flavor! I

We had the P4, P9, and P10 which were all pho. Everything had good flavors, but the slices of meat were very thin in P9 and P10 pho. Mine (P4) seemed to have the most amount of meat. For appetizer, we had grilled pork spring rolls which were very good. I forgot to take pictures of the food, but I have plenty of the restaurant.

If I could do three and a half Stars I probably would. Not because of the Pho', it was some of the best I've had. But the fried rice tasted like day old microwaved rice. It was some of the worst fried rice I've ever had. But if you go for the soup, and I will still want to try a bahn mi sandwich, then you should be fine. Also, I would go just to use their bathroom. It was great.
