Pho MN - Restaurant in Stillwater - 14410 60th St N, USA

I've seen this place all the time when I go to Wendy's next door. But the parking lot is always empty, so I wasn't sure if they were open or not. Decided to try delivery first, before I decide to come dine in (for in case they weren't open). We ordered chicken curry noodle soup, pad see ew, pad thai, and papaya salad. Everything tasted great and I love how they did not use baby shrimps (cost extra for shrimp) AND the shell and tail was peeled off the shrimps; I hate it when the shells and/or shrimp tails are left on the shrimps. The chicken curry noodle soup wasn't just chicken. I love that it also had shrimp and Asian meatballs. It came with bean sprouts, iceberg lettuce, lime wedge, and a very small amount of cilantro and green onion. I really wish it came with cabbage and not lettuce. And I wish there were more cilantro and green onion. There was a small side of chili oil, which I appreciate. The pad see ew and papaya salad portions were very small. They taste great and the papaya salad was made with fresh pepper so it was spicy, but I wish they didn't fill it with iceberg lettuce wedges on the side just to take up space. Should have given more papaya salad. In addition, cabbage would have been better instead of lettuce. Pad thai was missing peanuts. The husband said maybe they left out the peanuts because so many people have nut allergy. But the dish would have been completed if it had peanuts. Flavor with every dish was on point. Price is on the higher end and appetizers were not on the list for delivery. So we'll have to try dining in next time so we can try their appetizers and other dishes. We spent almost $100 with this order of 4 entrée. Definitely not something we can afford to eat at often, but once in a while; unless you can afford it. We definitely will eat here again.

I ordered an order for takeout. Diners in the restaurant were serviced and checked on a few times while I waited. The inside was clean, and set up nicely. I ordered a comfort meal of Sesame Chicken and Pork Fried Rice. The rice was very flavorful, with a nice mixture of bean sprouts, onion pieces, meat... Some of the best rice I have had locally. The sesame chicken was flavored well, with a nice crisp. I also loved how there wasn't the dreaded piece of Broccoli at the bottom, I've come to associate with this dish. They portions were great for the price, and not stingy on the sauce. Enough to scoop a little onto the rice but not drowning in it. I am definitely excited to visit again, and try a delicious looking jasmine milk tea with Boba, that I saw a different customer order... and try the Pho, as the broth looked amazing!

Updated Review: I stop by MN Pho in Stillwater, MN today for lunch. Under new owners. Food was great. Really prefer this pho to the previous pho here. More menu items to choose from too. Met with the owner who was very pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely stop by again to try other dishes. Now when I crave hmong food I have a place to stop by for lunch. If you are nearby or want to check this out, definitely recommend it. Past Review: Had their deluxe coffee and vermicelli noodle salad. Spot on delicious and very flavorful. Also had their combination pho. Very comforting for a cold day.

So disappointed. Ordered fried dumplings and Vietnamese egg rolls for my sick daughter. The "fried" dumplings are soggy and a gross color of brown, and the egg rolls have raw pork. Yuck! What a waste of money. Called to express my concerns and rather than provide good customer service, they wanted to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong and wasn't seeing what I was seeing (photos attached). Not the way to do business.

Had lunch at Pho MN based off another reviewer. Pho MN has brought something special to the table in Stillwater, MN. The pho is high quality, fresh, and bursts with the earthy flavor you'd expect from traditional pho. The fried dumplings and sauce were also made fresh, has a nice crisp texture, cooked to perfection and flavourful as well!! Service was very polite, and has a calming atmosphere. Thank you Pho MN!!! We will be dining here regularly

This food is delicious! We have done in person dining & take out and both are great. This is our favorite place in town now for take out. The oyster wings are soo yummy & their menu is huge, plenty to pick from.

The food was phenomenal. They paid attention to the food allergy requirements. As the pho was being walked to the table you could smell the amazing broth. The scent of the cinnamon and anise was stunning and was balanced so beautifully did not have to add a drop of soy or hoisin. Added just a bit of sriracha to add spice but overall a fantastic meal. The service was to be applauded as well.

Saw the sign "Pho" & decided to try it out. Very nice & clean restaurant. Service was outstanding :) Servers were friendly & attentive. Food was served timely. Quality & taste was good.
