Pho Minh & Grill - Vietnamese restaurant in Spring Valley - 2615 Sweetwater Springs Blvd, USA

Hmmmm, I used to like this place but my last visit was not very good. There is a young girl working there who doesn't seem like she wants to be there. It was freezing and windy in the restaurant. But worst of all the fillet mignon was hard and chewy, not edible. I don't think I will be going back. Why do these small family businesses make their family members work when they don't want to be there. It makes for a bad environment for all. Pho O La La has the same issue with the kid at the front. He is not friendly.

I was recommended this place as I'm slowly trying more food and I am glad i was told this place. The food was so yummy and feels like home. The service was patience with me as i was deciding what to get and helped me with some recommendations for me to try. Will come again :)

First timer and let me say don’t let the outside fool you it’s small but everything we had was delicious! From the pork egg rolls,vegetarian spring rolls and pho it was all tasty..I would definitely recommend!

Great pho! We came here on a rainy day, of course, and it didn't disappoint! Great people working here and food tastes good. Broth is just right, not too salty not too bland, just right . Regular size is $10 , fresh spring rolls were $6. Their comments wings are great also!! So if you find yourself in rancho San Diego it's a great place to get pho !

Small, cozy, and delicious. Our server was quick and friendly, as well as exceptionally caring and perceptive. We would definitely come back here.

Hot fresh and crispy egg rolls. Banh mi arrived with the best French bread, light and crispy. Pho tasted authentic and came out piping hot. Will be coming back

The food here is absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to find such a good spot in an area where there's not much else to eat. I got the pho rare steak and filet mignon. The noodles were nice and not soggy, the beef was nice and tender, and the broth was amazing. I also got a pork banh mi which exploded with flavor. The pork was tender and well seasoned, all the vegetables were fresh and had a good crunch to them as well. The final thing I got were some pork egg rolls and those were delicious as well especially when dipped in some fish sauce. Overall, it's an amazing place to eat if you love Vietnamese food and I would definitely recommend it if you're in the area.

First time at this restaurant. I’m not the one to typically get Phó for carry out. Phó tastes so much better when it’s served hot right from the kitchen. But last night, I didn’t have time to sit down for my Phó, so I decided to get carry out. Reviews for this place were good, I live in East County, so proximity to getting the food and making it home in time for it to still be warm was crucial. So here it goes: •Location is great for those in East County, easy to get to off the 94 •Atmosphere is just like it should be, even with an art piece of horses running in the wild. Love those classic 80s art pieces. •The Phó was delicious, great balance of clear broth with rich flavor, it had all the right notes for taste. Also generous portion of meat. All in all, will definitely be back for more. And as always, support your local small businesses! The small people make the world go round 🙃.
