Lets talk about a wonderful meal! Nancy and your crew are like a dear family to me she makes the best broth so rich and fulfilling so flavorful and robust. I absolutely love this place they are very welcoming and kind if you love Vietnamese food you will love this the pho chicken is my absolute favorite!!!!
Worth the try!
First time my sister and I have tried Vietnamese food. We both were surprisingly delighted with how good the food was. It was fresh, tasty, and with less oil used a good alternative to Chinese. They were very friendly and attentive.
Great little "mom" run restaurant with authentic Vietnamese. I've been impressed so far with all of the dishes I've tried, especially the rice bowls, Pho and Banh Mi.
The owner, Nancy, makes it a point to ask how you and your dish are and will also ask if she can make anything better. Expect the unexpected here, in my opinion.
Now THAT'S service.
Food? Wayyyy better than the other Pho place around here. The service is 10/10,too. Bonus points for being a local family owned place. Prices are good. New fave.
By far the best pho I have ever had. I could honestly say that Pho LV is my #1 choice when in the area. I recommend it at every chance I get. A truly delightful experience. 11/10

This is a must visit museum! Amazing collection of American art through the centuries and itâs 100% free to visit. The museum is spacious and inspiring. I spent 3 hours here and was not able to see the entire exhibition.
The best coffee in Youngstown hands down. The best roasts are North End (medium) and Night Sky (Dark).
