Tried the beef pho number 1 combo and it did not disappoint. The broth was a nice and light flavourful beef broth and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Some of the meats were questionable but overall very fresh and tender. In terms of portions you get a lot more than you pay for which is a pleasant surprise in the Bay area. The restaurant was quite busy when we went but we only had to wait around 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind that parking is limited since it's shared between all the restaurants in the plaza. Will definitely be back to try more dishes!
Home away from home. Very good Com Tam (broken rice with pork BBQ), Pho is delicious absolutely. Floor very slippery, toilet should be cleaner in downtown SJ:-) 5.30PM is just right timing to arrive.
Decent amount of food for the price! The noodle soups are what one would expect at a Vietnamese pho spot. Service could be quicker, but the place also gets pretty packed. Don't ever get the coffee with condensed milk. You'll get all sorts of diabetes after drinking that.

This place was rated highly as best pho in San Jose so we got to try. We got beef pho and chicken vermicelli - thought they were good, not exceptional. The broth was good but super salty. Portions are huge though and that justified the price - they really load up on the noodles especially. We saw lots of tables that were waiting to be cleaned with good amount of food left uneaten
Food at Pho Kim Long is still good as always, a must eat whenever I’m back in the Bay Area. If only Sg had a good enough Viet joint. This is probably the best Viet food I had outside of Vietnam.
The aroma in the restaurant makes my mouth water. The food is awesome. It's totally worth queuing up to dine here. I shall be back for more!
If you love Pho, this place specializes in this Vietnamese specialty having an extensive menu on pho possible! Flavorful and generous portions. All the locals were there and loving it -- it was a packed house! Service could be improved being more helpful in understanding the culture and the menu. A smile would go a long way. When it came time to pay, they directed our group of 5 to pay at the front counter and limited us to splitting the bill for the table into 2 maximum. We had originally mentioned each of us was on a separate check to our server, and they never once mentioned this limit of 2 for splitting the bill. Should have been more transparent. The counter person seemed annoyed by our request, and so we were forced to work it out amongst our group.

Great food, great location with parking in the back. There is robot service for sides/drinks. Atmosphere is very fitting for a quick bite or hanging with friends. Definitely will be a new spot for me and my girl.

The best banh cuon one can find. It's thin, flavorful with great texture. The shrimp and yam fritters are crunchy and very tasty. Cha, pork roll, is good and the sweet garlicky fish sauce combined all together into a great meal.
