Pho Hieu - Vietnamese restaurant in Yukon - 1615 S Mustang Rd, USA

My families love this place so we decided to go for dinner together. I’ve been to 4 cities in Vietnam, and ate Pho there everyday, i want to say once you’ve had a lot of the authentic stuff you get picky. I would say the avocado smoothie and seafood egg noodles are good, in Oklahoma we don’t expect good seafood but the broth is pretty fragrant and yummy. Spring roll is alright, it tastes better with the peanut butter sauce. Not a fan of the chicken Pho, I think the broth needs to be alittle more thicker because I didn’t taste any chicken flavor from the soup, also the noodles were sticky together.

Delicious, hearty, and authentic! If you like to play it safe, order the chicken pho (Pho Ga) and you won't be disappointed. For more adventurous eaters, the Bun Bo Hue is flavorful, not too spicy, and again, wonderfully authentic. Friendly service and clean, relaxed atmosphere in late evening.

Very disappointed. We've been coming here for years, usually for take out but recently their quality has gone down and their prices have gone up. Their vegetables aren't very fresh anymore and it looks like they're not even washing them. They didn't even bother to remove the sticker from a lime this last time! That is an invitation to food poisoning. After being a loyal customer for years, it's time to look elsewhere.

Quality of food is not good. The broth was not even warmed up this is a pic of when I walked in the door to poor it into a bowl. I’ve been very disappointed continually with this pho place but hate the drive to the next one. Definitely worth driving on to get decent pho.

We took our family here for dinner. Upon walking in, we were told we could Sit anywhere. Drinks were ordered which came out quick. It did take a while for our server to come back for our food order. And when she did. Our foods came out all at different times. The food was delicious. Service was ok. And the pricing was a bit much. Will still come back to try other things off the menu. * I sure what we got so sorry I didn’t put the names on them-

I placed a to go order here a couple times. Service was always subpar but that's not that big of an issue. This last time I went, I paid in cash and change was given back to me. I noticed I was given the wrong amount of change so I went back inside to rectify the issue, the man with the glasses behind the counter claims I left a 5 dollar bill on the counter which is unlikely as I made sure to grab all of the money left on the counter. However this is not the main issue. Once I walk back in the store, none of the employees at the front even mention that I left 5 dollars there until I ask about my change being wrong. I found this to be strange as most places would immediately recognize the customer they just saw and let them know about the change they had just left there. The 5 dollars was only given to me once I asked him again about the change making it seem as if they were going to keep it if I had not noticed the issue. When asking for a receipt, I am given attitude. Go somewhere else, is it not worth being disrespected here.

Food and service several years ago were on point. Over time, as staff have changed (and perhaps ownership), the quality of customer service has gone down. My wife and I came in around noon for a quick lunch. Young kid sat us down, and asked if we were ready to order. We placed our appetizer orders, only for the server to stop us and say, "uh, I'll be back for your main", and walked over to another table taking their order. I don't know what the logic of the server was, but I do know that is disrespectful to begin with, and that is never ok. Had to adjust his seat a little and make sure he was ready to actually take our order before even asking what we want to eat. No further issues after he seemed to understand that the customer runs the rodeo. Not interested in returning.

Last night I was craving some fried rice really bad because I haven’t had any in years! I been residing in mustang since 2019, I finally gave this place a chance because I was just un sure. But my wife co worker from MPS said this was place was great! So I decided to drive to this place around 8pm yesterday. It was a lot of people in their dine in, so it has to be good right? I went to the young waitress to put in a to go order, she was very nice and polite answered all my questions without an attitude or anything. She very helpful and a pleasant delight. I ordered, 1 order of the pork egg rolls and fried rice (no hot)! While I was waiting for my order. The owner came out from kitchen into the dining area, you could tell he was working hard all day but he still kept a smile on his face. He was interacting with his customers as to where it wasn’t an annoyance. He even told me he liked my hat and asked where’d I get it from? I told him and he said that’s the coolest hat he ever seen. Whether if he meant that or not, I still appreciated it and the customer experience while there. After our brief conversation, my to go order was ready! It didn’t seem like I waited long at all! When I finally made it home, I opened up the box for my fried rice it was so much food, I asked for help from my family 😂 help came! That first bite of the fried rice was a taste of excellence! My craving from the fried rice was fulfilled and went over my expectations! Oh! The pork egg rolls were magnificent! This place receives a 10/10 from me! I just ate my leftovers just now, it still tastes like excellences if you were still wondering 💭😁
