I’m not sure if Pho Hana is chain operated because I remember they had one in Fullerton, CA. This is a korean owned establishment and the pho broth is not that flavorful. It’s tastes like it’s been watered down. What’s disappointing is how little the meat portions are served with your bowl. The quantity and their meat cuts are small. Not all korean owned pho establishments make their broth this bland, but this location was disappointing at most.

I always get tofu friend rice with my best friend! This i the best pho spot in Diamond Bar. Amazing food and staff :)

Customer service was good initially but he messed up and misunderstood our order. I asked for 4 total bowls and they only put in 3. This is probably an honest mistake. One of the veggies they gave us was spoiled and rotton and they were also stingy on giving us srircha. I also ordered a thai tea with boba and the boba was definitely not fresh, the pearls were hardened. If the store was busy, I would have more compassion but they literally only had 1 customer I had spent about $100 for the meals and I left a 20% tip for a takeout order They didnt have the common sense or decency to apologize for the missing order that made us drive all the way home and all the way back

Mediocre at best. Soup base not flavorful. And that’s so important for pho!

Pho, fried rice, and bahn mi is good here! Service is good, price is on point, food tastes great!

Ordered so many time but they don't ever add Sriracha, like bro can't throw 40ml of Sriracha to go with the pho
