I haven’t been here in a long time but my brother said the pho definitely changed not in a good way! The broth was bland and not so good! The fried rice was definitely better! Get fried rice with a bowl of pho broth to go with it, super good! Def not worth the money if you get the pho! Give it a shot! Nice to know that this place is open till midnight. Update: decided to come back to give them a try since all the other pho places closes at 9:30 or earlier except for pho chi! Changing from 4 to 5 stars! Better broth, better pho and best fried rice there is!
Closest pho spot to my apartment and the broth is easily the best I’ve had. I’ve tried about 20-30 different pho spots in the area and this broth is hands down the best. Dine in or take out, Pho Chi never disappoints. I really enjoy their summer rolls too!
I was sick and we went there to have Pho. It was a great pho, very delicious. I have amazing experience. I like the lady who got the order, she is nice and friendly.
Pho Chi is the spot to go to for Authentic Vietnamese Pho in Gaithersburg. They have great hours and is conveniently located in next to the Fire Station. There is plenty of parking. When you are thinking about getting a bowl of pho here; Expect to have a wait as this restaurant gets packed and can get busy. Chris is one of the best servers and handles the service and experience very well.
One of the Best pho 🍲 I ever had. The taste was authentic and the side sauces made the Pho even spicier and tastier. The vegetables were nicely cooked, the tofu was perfect, perfectly sliced and cooked.
Strange hidden place, half resto, half beer store. Only went here because it was then end of a long driving day, and this was one of the few places open past 9pm. Had the pho soup, tasted good, but not very much noodles or meat, and they only offer 1 size (most places have S-M-L) But it filled the tummy and we went to sleep, so it was fine. But I don't think this would be high on my regular pho list of restos.
Pretty cool because they sell wines and beer while you can eat healthy. The staff is not too warm but i guess its because i went late at night. They are open until 1 am which is cool if you have a munchy at night time.
Loved the pho here. You get good value for what you pay. They do skimp you on some of the meats. The meatball was cut really thin and bowls are pretty small with plenty of noodles. I'll be back to try their other rice dishes
