Their customer service could be better. None of the workers asked if I needed any help when I went to pick up my order. Also, for a six piece egg roll and a brisket pho, they only included this small piece of lime.

Fantastic service. Our waitress was fast, so so kind. We had never had pho before and were excited to try. We got the lemon grass beef pho, the brisket pho, and a Bahn mi sandwich. The broth of the pho was so incredibly flavorful. Rich, hearty, hot. It soaked into the noodles perfectly. The meat was tender and juicy. The real star of the show was the Bahn mi sandwich. I'll go back just for that. It came with broth to dip it in and honest to God, it's probably my favorite food on this planet now. The portion was huge, the side vegetables fresh and crisp. I highly recommend putting the cold cucumbers in the sandwich. It gives it such dimensional flavor. The restaurant was clean, no sticky tables or torn up seating. No straw wrappers or forgotten veggies under tables. Diverse patrons, ranging from laborers on their lunch breaks, to families with small kids and babies, elderly groups and couples. Seating is plentiful, options for both booths and tables available. Window seating was prime. Inside temperature was nice and cool, clearly air conditioned, a welcome change to the heat outside. Workers were prompt in service. Waters and drinks always topped, check-ins minimal, but not too infrequent. Staff seamed happy to be at work. When the food was brought out, each dish with its garnished acknowledged and explained if we had a question. Parking was plentiful. Large parking lot, restaurant location in an accessible, easy location to spot with nice bright lettering. Building well maintained and clean. 10/10. This restaurant gets a perfect score from me.

Amazing! Service was quick. The spring rolls are soo good (shrimp) The eggs rolls were even better. I ordered the traditional chicken pho 5/5. Thai tea is a must. Definitely recommend.

Came in tonight with my husband and baby wanting to get a hot bowl of pho and egg rolls only to get the worst experience we’ve had. My husband walked in checked himself in there kiosk only to get skipped twice from other patrons who arrived after us. After my husband expressed his concern with it I could tell the staff didn’t like the comment and we were sat reluctantly. Took them like 8 mins to acknowledge us and ask for our orders as other tables were being sat and waited at the same moment. I tried to change my baby’s diaper and they didn’t have a changing table at their bathroom nor did they have soap or paper towels to dry hands. When we finally got our food we got our food before even getting our drinks. My husband couldn’t even eat his food due to the anxiety he got from the situation and on our egg rolls there was bugs on the lettuce. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Pho is beautiful Filet Mignon excellent! Egg rolls terrible, new recipe needed. Bones should have Marrow inside if selling them as an menu item. Retired Executive Chef Also restaurant was not ready for customers a bowl of silver ware on table not ready for sitting at weird. These are all a lack management skills.

One of our favorite Pho places when we lived in San Diego. We were visiting and had to stop in. They always are very quick. Great service and even better pho!

Fabulous food and service! There isn't anything on the menu that we haven't loved, and that's saying something for a family of 6. Great place to take the entire family. Food comes out fast and hot every time! Of all of the pho places we've tried, this is our favorite. The food is delicious and the prices are great!

Time to update my review. Wow! We went today remembering how good the food was and it sure wasn't the case! They must have new owners because instead of getting seated we got dirty looks from the staff as if we were supposed to know what to do after we first walked in. It was really awkward, even my daughter was uncomfortable. When we got our bowls there was no space for the noodles to expand since they changed the type/size of the bowl; let alone have any juice and only 2 pieces of meat. It had no flavor, as if it was only oiled noodle juice. During our lunch not two words were said to us, not hello or goodbye. They just seated us and I even had to hunt down the waiter to give us our check. I found him outside of the restaurant, sitting on the cement bench counting his tips. All I can say is we won't be back. A Little Spot In Santee This place is right on the corner of a small strip mall. It gives good portion sizes, and extremely quick and good food service. We've become regulars. The parking can be a little troublesome, because it's in a small strip mall. But, otherwise, don't hesitate to try a meal.
