Pork spring rolls were very good. The pork Banh Mi was decent, but the bread was not soft enough. I look forward to trying the Pho with the beef short rib once the weather cools off. They need to work on service....there were multiple dirty tables from previous customers, which really turned me off. Young people working by themselves on a Sunday probably contributed, so maybe on another day this might not be a problem.
Food is absolutely delicious along with there strawberry milk tea my sisters absolutely loved there boba tea and there lemonade is delicious
It's a place that I suddenly went to. The food came out very quickly. The staff was very friendly. Rice noodles and food were so delicious. Also, I ordered fried rice for my child, but my child ate rice noodles better. If the sun is strong because there is no curtain on the window, I recommend sitting inside the store.
I unfortunately ate my main meal faster than I could remember to take a picture, but this is definitely a great spot that I would come back to if I'm in the area again. I got the pork spring rolls, and the lemongrass beef vermicelli and both were pretty tasty. I wasn't crazy about the quality of the beef, but the taste was good and the vegetables and other garnishes were super fresh which was a huge plus. Very clean restaurant, service was quick and easy, just have to walk up and pay at the register when you're done. Pricing was fair and definitely a great portion!
These dishes were amazing, except for the pork in the noodles which they replaced for something else and the amount of food for the lomo saltado which they say they'll make sure it gets more of next time. But after that no complaints, price was very fair and the food tasted amazing really enjoyed this location, Spacious dinning area and very friendly staff.
We were very pleased with Pho Bo. The spring rolls were portioned well and wrapped tight. The bahn mi was flavorful and packed pull. My wife said the pho had too many onions for her liking but was the best broth she’d had in a long time.
▪︎Pho Dac Biet / beef combo pho (#10): 5 out of 5 - broth is very good, xl size has tons of noodles ▪︎Goi Cuon / spring rolls (#2): 3 out of 5 - the rice paper was dry in areas like they were rolled a few days ago or not soaked in water long enuf.. ▪︎My sister ordered the M-F combo special - she said her dumplings & vermicelli bowl were both excellent Service was pretty fast. They gave me a smaller bowl as requested (it was black thick plastic) but it had a huge crack in it so the pho started pouring onto the table - I had it compress down on it to save the pho I had just poured into it. We had a hard time flagging them down immediately so my sister went to the counter & explained the bowl was cracked & leaking so needed a new bowl..
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho Bo & Bambu in Cypress, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an enjoyable meal. The restaurant's decor is tastefully done, with a blend of modern and traditional elements that create a comfortable and stylish ambiance. The seating arrangement is well thought out, offering both cozy booths and spacious tables for larger groups. Now let's talk about the food. The menu at Pho Bo & Bambu is diverse, featuring a combination of Vietnamese and Asian fusion dishes. As a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I was particularly excited to try their pho, and I wasn't disappointed. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the thinly sliced beef was tender and cooked to perfection. The portion size was generous, and the accompanying plate of fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime added an extra layer of freshness to the dish. Aside from pho, I also sampled their spring rolls, and they were delicious. The rolls were packed with a medley of fresh vegetables and shrimp, wrapped in a delicate rice paper. The accompanying peanut sauce was a delightful complement, adding a savory and slightly sweet flavor. The service at Pho Bo & Bambu Cypress was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had. Lastly, I must mention the drink menu. Pho Bo & Bambu offers an impressive selection of beverages, including traditional Vietnamese iced coffee and boba tea. I opted for a refreshing mango smoothie, and it was the perfect accompaniment to my meal. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at Pho Bo & Bambu Cypress. The combination of delicious food, inviting ambiance, and excellent service made it a memorable visit. Whether you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or looking to try something new, I highly recommend paying a visit to Pho Bo & Bambu Cypress. You won't be disappointed!
