I love Pho and this was really good! I just got the beef brisket! I would 100 percent come back!!

I had an excellent lunch in here recently with a good friend. It was his idea actually and I haven't been to a Pho 79 in years. So off I went. For my entrée I choose the Round Steak, Flank & Brisket. This also comes with a side of bean sprouts, fresh basil, jalapeno and lime. Also for an app I ordered some egg rolls. Everything came out at once and boy was this a feast for the famished. After snapping a couple of photos I added my bean sprouts, basil and jalapeno to the soup and then squeezed the lime over it. I have to say my eye's were bigger then my stomach. I finished the meal, but I swear I don't think I had anything else the rest of the day. Also the egg rolls were hot and crispy. They were serviced a semi-hot sauce that had a warm after taste. Absolutely delicious all around Next time I visit I can see myself having the same thing again. I know you're supposed to try different things but dang this was so good!

Good enough to satisfy your pho soup craving. Not bad at all. We all got our orders except for my wife’s B1 order. I think they forgot about it. Her order arrived after we’re almost done with ours. I always get the seafood pho, and I think now that it’s missing something. I had a seafood pho from another place, and they put sticks of imitation crabs. I was hesitant at first, but it was okay. Now, I was actually looking for it. Bahn mi and chicken pho for the kids, and they enjoyed it. Overall, it’s an okay place — almost a four-star.

Nice people, they get to know their customers. The food portion matches the price. When getting a to-go order, they give you plenty of the sauce and garnish sides.

I have been here several times over the years .. awesome Pho base. We always get our meat raw on the side and they have all of the seasonings on the side to make it your own. We visit every time we are in the area. The staff is attentive and very helpful.

One of my wife’s and I favorite restaurants in Hampton Roads. Amazing food and you’ll be treated like family! They have the best Pho around, guaranteed!

I went to eat there because I love the soup there. "Awful" greeting the service was very rude as if "we hate Americans" and I refused to sit down and place the order. I think if the lady that owns this restaurant knew how rude these young kids were and were ruining her business and this is why she doesn't have any customers she would throw them out the door so we could come back and keep her in business
