Great tasting coffee. Tried for the first after hearing amazing feedback from my work buddies. This location is big and checks all boxes for a downtown coffee place. Staff were super polite and friendly. Unlike typical Peet’s or Starbucks location, this shop has its own unique flavor & vibe to it. Highly recommended 👍🏽

I came with with my coworker but I only got a small treat since I’m not a coffee person, but the treat I got was very delicious. When I went there were a lot of people, but the workers were doing their a job fast and getting everyone coffee and food on time.

Coffee was pretty good, but I was a little shocked at how long it took. From the time I placed my order of Black Coffee no cream or sugar ot took approximately 15 min to come out. And it was not that busy. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. The lounge area was comfortable and parking was plentiful. I'll be coming back for sure, great place to meet, hopefully the production is able to improve on their timing.

Standing in a line was great. Many interesting people you can meet there. After about 12min I gave up so I did not try the coffee. I've heard it's pretty good but given that people who were already waiting when I came in were still waiting for their order when I was leaving you should give it about 20-25 mins to get a coffee. The line was not very long. Maybe having more than one person at a counter would help

I genuinely like to get Philz coffee when I am in the city (the one by the ball park) and I love it. I go to the one in Walnut Creek for the first time and it was horrible the only person that looked like they were enjoying life was the cashier. Everyone else working there looked like they were working in a Russian gulag mining for coal… you make coffee for Pete’s sake! The attitude from the staff (except the cashier) was terrible they made it feel like I was going to be sentenced to death for asking for a straw… we ended up waiting 30 min for 3 coffees and when we got them they were cold… when I got to the bottom of my coffee it’s like the workers dumped the coffee grounds from my coffee in my cup it was horrible! Honestly who ever is running this coffee shop need to lock in and fire everyone. (except the guy on cashier) Making coffee isn’t hard I do it for free every day for friends and family. So hire some people that can smile or not give attitude. This was just embarrassing…

Great customer service. You can order online or stand in the line that moves quickly. The food options are just as good as their coffee. I really like their honey and spiced iced drinks they have a long with a green Chile burrito.

They have good customer services. The employees are nice and welcoming. And the wait is not too long. I got the avocado toast, I love it. It is delicious and have a bitter sweet taste. The flavor on top has a nice texture. The atmosphere is chill, you can study there as well.

An Unexpected Adventure with my Latte Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently had quite the experience. As usual, I ordered my regular cafe latte a soothing blend of espresso and steamed milk that usually hits just the right creamy, robust, and warming to the soul. It's evident they take their coffee seriously here. However, this time around, things took an unexpected turn. Not long after enjoying my drink, I found myself in uncharted territory. My heart started racing, and anxiety crept in not exactly the relaxing experience one hopes for from a cup of coffee! 😟 It gave 'coffee jitters' an entirely new meaning! It could have been due to many factors: perhaps too much caffeine on an empty stomach So while the taste was great and service stellar as always (hence three stars), this jittery experience took away some points for me personally (hence minus two). Laughed about it afterwards though! 😆 For future visits, I might just opt for half-caff or decaf instead.🧐
