Phillips Bar-B-Que - Barbecue restaurant in Inglewood - 1517 Centinela Ave, USA

I couldn’t believe how reasonable this Bar-B-Que joint was when we stepped in the door and to my surprise it was the most delicious rib tips and baked beans with the creamiest coleslaw I ever have eaten. I can’t wait to get back to Inglewood to try it again.

Had the Pleasure of eating here today. Everything was good. My order was correct upon me receiving it. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich mixed sauce with beans. My second order was rib tip sandwich mixed sauce w/potato salad. Oh and extra bread 🍞. Thank you Phillips Bar-B-Que for a pleasant experience.

I'll give it five stars because it's Philips, I've never been to this location and I am blown away that it's Mexicans running a Philips! Is it still Black Owned? Have mercy were losing everything.

The customer service was really great and I enjoyed the beef ribs. The rest of the food tasted like it was a couple days old and had been drenched in sauce to hide that it wasn’t prepared that day. Potato salad tasted store bought and the bread they included had a weird aftertaste like it was in the fridge next to something with a stench.

I loved their bbq ribs. The line was long, but we took to go. The food is so delicious and fantastic.

We ordered the full rib tips, potato salad, beans,greens. The rib tips looked like a half portion instead of the full. The potato salad was dry and the greens didn't taste good. The beans were ok. We weren't disappointed on this visit at Lucille's. For the money we spent and the bad service that we received.

I ordered a slab if baby back ribs. They were a mixture of baby back and regular ribs cut to look like baby back ribs. I will not go there again. I will stick with DICKEY'S barbecue. At least they are consistent.
