Love the new remodel, although it has been a long wait (supposed to have been done months ago). The toys are amazing and varied, great for kids of different ages, abilities, and interests. The bathroom is really cool, although it concerns me that there are dozens of tables at the covered area and if the park were being used for a party or event, the one bathroom/toilet is not going to be enough. The newly paved trails are great as well, and I look forward to coming back when it's warmer and the railings are in (est February 2024). Overall this is an awesome park, and you can't beat the views!
It's probably the safest park for kids to play at in Renton. It's definitely perfect for social distancing because this park has enough running space for everyone! It's almost a secret park that no one really knows about. It is located on historic Renton Hill. You'll get a chance to see a view/side of Renton few people do. Historic Renton Hill overlooks all of Renton with views of Seattle, the airport, Lake Washington, and more. Chances are, you'll be the only ones there, as the case today for myself and my daughter. It's a pretty basic park. What it lacks in newer toys it makes up for tranquility, peace, and size. This park is HUGE with an open layout. My favorite part about this park are the huge, old trees. There are lots and lots of huge big trees all over this park. It's beautiful and you easily forget you're in the city. This park has a country/forrest vibe. It has an old-school big toy due for an upgrade, but it's fun nonetheless. A tire swing with its own dedicated area separate from the big toy area. Two tennis courts far away from the big toy. A few picnic tables spread out throughout the park. A nice size restroom facility. Nearby are lots of walking trails and bike trails. I used to ride these bike trails when I was 14 years old. They are lots of fun. I highly suggest taking your kids and/or dogs to this park. It's truly a hidden gem very few people know exist.
Nice spot for a walk or a workout. Bathroom facilities in the park. Also a baseball diamond and playground. This park has some pleasing topology to it, one side is a subtle canyons that span a couple hundred feet that is lovely to walk through. Especially in the fall.
It looks amazing from the road, but they're doing some sort of construction all over the park now. I don't know when it's going to be finished, there's no public access at this time.
This is a pretty and well maintained park. It does not have a huge play area, but it never seems to be busy anyway. It has huge grass fields and where you could play ultimate Frisbee or something like that. I've never had a problem getting a swing. I plan to keep coming here as long as weather allows.
Nice park... but this is what people left after 4th July celebration... very sad..
I always enjoy this place as it also has a small area to host small functions, and has a great playground for the kids. There's a wonderful well maintained restroom as well. I feel all this is missing is small corner store or stand to get some food and refreshments from.
Nice, quiet park. It has tennis courts, a playground, and a baseball diamond (with stands and lights). Nice shaded area under trees, and plenty of grass.
It lacks picnic tables and an outdoor grilling area, but there is space to bring your own.
There are 3 small parking lots available and some wheelchair accessible sidewalk.
This trail is perfect for bike riding, walking, running or taking the family. I took my Dad here to go on a bike ride and we had such a fun relaxed time riding and enjoying the views. The River is always beautiful and the trail is clean, it features
Just a neighborhood park but what makes it special is the nature trails and how quiet they are. You won't hear traffic on the roads like you do at other parks in Renton. We were looking for a peaceful walk and who knew it was just a 10 min drive away
08/20/23: It is a great local park with large green playfield. There is giant amazing rope structure in the middle of the park which is kind of amazing and cool. I enjoyed my visit and highly suggest people coming
Amazing park and next to the water. Simply amazing. It has a play structure suitable for kids of all ages. I even saw some teens playing around and another 1 year old like my boy. It can get a little windy because itâs next to such a big lake so br

Beautiful little neighborhood park!
Perfect place for a nice walk around the park on the freshly clean paved walking path. There is a baseball field and tennis courts and basketball ball court, all very shiny and new. Very well kept up.
Love this park and location however, getting in and out of the parking area can be very challenging due to the traffic and speed of the cars on Highway 169.
Maybe it would be better to park at the old trestle parking area east of the park and walk ba
Lovely park to take the kids or stroll along the Cedar River. Connects to a longer trail so you can get a good long walk in. Ther is a bathroom but it's not accessible in the winter.
It was a beautiful, gorgeous, and awesome Park. I visited in the fall season so I could see all the fallen leaves on the ground. The weather was a little bit cold in my visit. Overall, it was a great experience
My kids have been going since last summer and still get excited for class like they did the first day. All the instructors are wonderful, and the ratio of instructor to student is good. They get individual attention, praise, help, and the regular tes
I have had a wonderful experience with this studio. Aerial arts is not only a fun skill to learn but itâs a great workout too. I have worked with three different instructors (Elaine, Cynthia and Liz). Elaineâs approach will make an absolute begin

My wife and I love this local confectionery in downtown Renton. Their handmade macarons can be had in an array of classic and adventurous flavors, as well as seasonal items that vary from unexpected flavor pairings to childhood favorites.
This is my favorite community and I'm so thankful for all who are a part of it. The level of respect, care, growth, and challenge here is unmatched! I wish I could give more than five stars!

What a friendly spot, complete with a variety of beer and wine options. We brought in our own nibbles, and did a tasting. My favorite so far is Fussy Feral Feline Pilsner, but will be back to keep exploring. They have a variety of events as well.
Great brewery! They've been open for 1 year and have really tasty beer. I had the West Coast IPA and the Pale Ale. The West Coast IPA was really delicious, I'd come down from Seattle again just for this beer ;). I was here on a sunny Saturday and sat
