This review is long overdue. I cannot begin to express how happy and satisifed I am to have selected the services of Phase One Cabling. Hands down Dwayne is one of the most honest and professional small business owners that I have worked with. He takes the time to explain everything in terms that you will understand and will never pressure you to purchase any equipment or services. His pricing is extremely fair and reasonable. Dwayne and his right hand man O'Neil is capable of tackling any tech solution needs for your business or home. He takes his time with his work ensuring that it is done correctly without taking any shortcuts. He is detail oriented and holds high standards for the quality of his work. Dwayne was orginally hired last summer to terminate 15 Cat5e network locations and to install a 24 port PoE switch (see photo) in a newly built veterinary hospital. He took every precaution to figure out the best way to do the install in the cleaniest way possible, meaning no exposed cables and taking care to keep the brand new hospital looking brand new! We were so happy with his work that he was brought back for two more jobs which included an 8 channel PoE security camera system and access points for our WiFi. Hired for a security camera install Summer 2019-very good experience. Dwayne was prompt and professional; definitely knows his product and helps customer navigate camera app with ease. Cameras are high grade and give very clear pics day or night. Recently had an issue of 1 camera fogging up-Dwayne came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Would definitely recommend this company as they are attentive to customers needs and treat customers with dignity and respect all while doing an excellent job at fair if not best pricing.

They are up to date on the latest security technology and does an excellent job at explaining "techy" details to the average person. I've used other companies in the past for my installation needs, but since a friend recommended Phase One Cabling, I've not used another. Dwayne, the gentleman who did my job, was professional, courteous, and NEAT! He was quite meticulous, and did an excellent job of installing seven televisions in my house.
