Phở Saigon Noodle House - Vietnamese restaurant in West Valley City - 2222 W 3500 S, USA

Pho was okay, order well done beef and brisket I think. Didn't hate it. ;-) Wonton, egg roll, and Potsticker were good. Not bad at all. The coconut shake was okay, didn’t like the texture of it. But hey, it's a shake. Service was horrible. The dude was sitting at the register on his phone while we were waiting for the check. I know it's not busy but man, you still have customers in your restaurant.

Traveling from Montana thru Salt Lake City we did not regret stopping at the Saigon pho, for some tasty spicy pho! Bun Bò Huê!! Our waitress was very sweet and helpful in helping us pick something spicy. It was just right! The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and very tastefully done. The restroom was clean, as was the whole restaurant. If we are by this way again we will be sure to stop in!

Great food, great prices, and above all great service! I love how attentive they are and how quick they are to get your orders out. I would even go as far as to call this a hidden gem in UT. I’ve been here a couple of times with my family of 10 and trust me we pay attention to details. Highly recommend this place!

Pictures of food on the website and their menu are completely different, in reality they are always insufficient. The spring rolls are supposed to have pork and shrimps like the description on the menu but there were no pork, only 3 shrimps for $5.49. You would think they are out if pork for the day, but look at the duck noodle soup, they added pork when it's not supposed to just so they can reduce the amount of duck. This is bamboo shoot and duck noodles. I tipped even though it was a pick up, this is not the first time they substitute cheaper stuffs to the order and not honest.

The bread on the banh mi was good! The insides, the meat could of been more and much more pickled veggies. The Banh Cuon was not good. The Cha Lua on top of it had a very off taste for some reason with lemongrass. I didn't like this dish. Wouldn't come back.

I got the Saigon Special Pork Chop and rice. Very filling and came with everything! Needed a little more white rice to eat with all the toppings! Taste great and got food very fast. Oct 1, Saturday and wasn't very bust at 12pm. I guess great timing!

Ample parking and lots of dining space. Simple menu with good variety. I ordered the brisket pho. Noodles were a bit soggy and restaurant AC was not working that well. Prices were reasonable but I probably won't be returning, as there are more competitive prices and food quality elsewhere in the valley.

I stumbled on to this real good Vietnamese restaurant in Salt Lake City, UT! Picked up dinner to go for the family and wasn't disappointed at all with the quality! The food was authentic and service was very friendly and welcoming! I will be visiting this establishment again and highly recommend it! Everything was good except the side order of eggrolls. It seemed the oil wasn't hot enough so it was greasy and somewhat soggy.
