Very delicious actually. Wait to get a table went quicker than expected for how busy it was. I ordered the extra large and split it with my wife (she’s tiny) and we barely finished it. If you have an American sized wife you could easily down it and be comfortably satisfied. We were absolutely stuffed. I estimated that the amount of volume of broth they give you is likely 65-90 fluid ounces. So it is approaching a gallon ( not quite)

Im a Pho snob, every city I travel to I have to try the Pho. This place isnt bad, I'm just not a fan of the sweet broth. If you like it sweet you will love it. But even as a person who like a more savory broth I was not totally turned off. The service was slow, but they were packed, that is to be expected. The atmosphere was chill.

Very chill restaurant as expected reminds me of Toronto Vietnamese restaurant’s laid-back decent portion food. Only thing I would recommend not to do is ask for a XL bowl when you get your PHO soup. I asked for the fried Chinese spring rolls chả giò or nem rán but was given GoinCuon 😭 Has a bar island area for the Birds. Would this place be kid friendly?? Kind of if your kid is adventurous about food. Nice choices on bubble tea, regular drinks, sauces are always present on the table within reach. The staff is very outgoing & spunky! LUV IT! This was still a really nice sit down place but I wish the server would have listened a little better & not scurry off while I was still talking.

What a great little find First time trying Vietnamese coffee and what a fun experience and flavor. Go here instead of Starbucks. And the Pho was huge and also flavorful Server was attentive to details and kind A must while in the mountains.

What a place! If you have NOT ever tried grilled mussels you have to try it here!! Absolutely DELICIOUS!! Saturated in a delicious sauce w/peanuts on top + lettuce surrounding I couldn’t get enough of this dish!! Also they have Happy Hour 🍻 M-F 4-6pm!

One of my favorite restaurants in this area. Everything on the menu is good. The pho is excellent even for take out. I normally get the rare steak medium size. It’s plenty big especially if you order any appetizers. Their rice dishes are solid as well. The restaurant can get really busy especially on a Friday to Sunday. Like most restaurants around here if they are too busy they won’t do take out orders. But normally it’s not a problem I try to order early when it’s winter peak season.

I have recently been to Breckenridge for a trip. I tried the food at Pho Bay 2. They specialize in Vietnamese cuisine, their signature dish, pho, a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. I tried their dumplings as an appetizer, and they were fresh and delicious. Their pho broth is rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spice and herbs, and the noodles are cooked perfectly. The food is made with quality ingredients, and the flavors are satisfying. The ambiance has a cozy interior and is comfortable. The service was excellent staff was attentive and friendly .price is reasonable for the quality and portion size.

Owner Denny sure knows how to cook! He said the crispy tofu with jalapeño and #garlic was a must, we took him up on it and it was SO good! Perfect crispy on the outside, with amazing overall flavor. BBQ short ribs were perfectly crispy and tender. The Com Dac Biet was out of this world. Love this restaurant's vibe!
