75% of the time I come here the feeder fish are under quarantine and not available. Complete waste of a trip especially when you pull kids in there. I will never waste any time trying to come to this place again. I'm glad stores like this are going under, 100% deserved
We've been taking PetSmart beginner dog training with Larell G, and we've loved the class so far! She has taught our dog basic commands, and our dog loves coming here each week to learn more!
Prices are a bit high for supplies. Decent prices for fish, though the selection is rather limited. aquariums are well maintained. The bettas were all looking pretty rough...kind of expected though when a fish that realistically needs a 5 gallon tank or larger is kept in a cup...standard industry practice but unfortunate to see none the less.
Really nice place. I've adopted animals from here before. My hamster is going on 2 years soon, as of this post, and is still very healthy with no issues. I expect he'll pass soon sense hamsters don't live long, but I'll just adopt another animal from them. Relatively positive experience. They aloways have really neat and innovative pet products.
friendly staff and pick up order was ready then less a a hour or 2 after purchased!. quick and fast will return for my hamster bedding when needed.
It's not a bad store, it's pretty big with lots of options. I went for one specific thing, lighting for my aquarium, the options were very limited and couldn't find anything like what I wanted.
