Tiffany groomed my chocolate lab for the first time… I was especially nervous about cutting my dogs nails! She assured me and made me feel calmer!! She also finished with my dogs ears and glands!! What a lovely person! I will be back to see Tiffany!!! Thank you!!!

I took my dog to the groomer here to get her nails dremeled and I will never take her here again! The girl was paying attention to everything else and just going through the motions with my dog. She didn't make her feel comfortable or anything. She hiked up her leg (it looked very uncomfortable and not natural) I'm pretty sure she hurt my dog twice, so in response to that my dog growled and snapped. Her response was to stare my dog down. Keep in mind my dog was scared and she hurt her so now being stared down isn't helping. Very disgraceful. Also, the employees were all snippy with each other. I think the manager needs to do some damage control.

Took my Senior golden there (13). I usually bathe & groom him myself he had a bad experience at a groomer and wouldn’t go back. So I purchased the equipment I needed and I’ve been doing it for like 7 years. Well I needed a new cutter & he needed to be groomed so I took him to petsmart. Told the groomer exactly how I wanted him cut. Picked him up feet weren’t done, his tail and ears weren’t done properly. So they put him on the table and supposedly fixed him (not very good). I groomed him 100% better than this guy did. Needless to say I purchasd a new grooming kit on Amazon & will continue to do it myself. The worst was that he smelled like a wet dog. It was gross. Someone was picking up their dog when I was waiting for him and their pup stunk of wet dog……..NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My little guy had developed a skin rash and I had tried some sprays but he was becoming afraid of them so I needed something that he wouldn’t notice I was applying. They took the time to help me find EXACTLY what I needed for my pet (a foam mouse or gel) and offered a risk-free guarantee if it didn’t work or help him. I could bring it back to exchange it for credit or something else. That’s amazing customer service.

Great service and Lily, my Goldendoodle looks beautiful. Drew did a phenomenal job. By far the best experience I've had at Petsmart. I've used the one in Jensen and Boynton Beach, which are mediocre compared to the service and results at the Traditions location. Hats off to Drew for making our visit exceptional.

Horrible, horrible experience! Went in and needed some assistance getting crickets and also help finding the correct light for my tank. Walked in nobody said absolutely anything as you came into the store OK no big deal but then I asked the first lady I seen if she'd be able to assist me she looks at me and she just tells me that she's at the register I have to find Somebody Else... Okay... I walk a couple of isles down and I see another employee I ask her if she would be able to help me with the light she turns around to me and she says they're somewhere in one of the aisles down that way and shews me towards the front of the store and I said "would you be able to help me with the light" she says "you'll find what you need down that way" and left me like that.. Okay... Then I approach this 3rd emploee that's over by the fish tanks twice. And both times he makes Eye contact with me says absolutely nothing and walks away... Okay... So I continue to walk around the store to see if I can maybe help myself. due to the lights being a bit disheveled and out of I try to locate what I'm looking for and I'm having some trouble and I'm feeling a bit frustrated.. I'm looking around for an employee can't find one of them available, anyway... Needless to say I left the store with absolutely no purchases and I highly doubt I will be returning there.... This is why I always go to pet supermarket up near that Walmart mart store. Everyone there is so helpful they acknowledge you when you're in the store, they acknowledge you when walk in, if they can't help you they let you know somebody will be with you, when you ask them a question they actually bring you to the aisle and take the time to help you. Petsmart should be embarrassed. Worst service!!

They actually could have up-sell me I was buying a fish tank for the family and I bought one that was too small and if they would have let me know I would have bought a bigger fish tank The fish tank that I bought that only handle four 🐠.. Nice atmosphere and clean friendly service

usually pretty chill but i think a manager (a woman with short hair) just freaked out on 2 kids walking with their bikes??? just happened a few mins ago. people can be nice and explain rules to kids, it is a pet store after all
