They were quite cordial and made sure I got all the treats and shampoo I needed, even as they were closing. The shampoo worked great and my dog finally looks beautiful!! 🤩
I took my puppy to the groomer for his first grooming session, which included a haircut, shampoo, and more. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the groomer exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly skilled and took the time to explain each step of the process. She also shared any challenges she encountered and how she successfully addressed them. Her knowledge and expertise made me feel confident and at ease about bringing my puppy back in the future. I'm happy to say that both my puppy and I were pleased with the experience. Thank you to the groomer for providing such excellent service!
I had ordered some food for our cats online, and also wanted to get some kitty treats at the store when I picked up my online order. It was near closing time, and the 2 employees I saw greeted me cheerfully, when I came in. The employees here have always been cheerful when I come here. The tray type boxes on the small cans of wet food I bought have been changed slightly, with a cutout at the end. The cashier insisted, very courteously, to put the trays in a sack, so the cans wouldn't roll out of the trays on my way to the car. Customer service is very much alive and well here! I have always been pleased with the way the employees at this store treat me, and other customers. I've bought stuff online to pick up at the Centerville store, and also at the store next to the REI store on the east side of town, and the employees were great at those stores also. PetSmart probably treats their employees well, and the employees treat the customers well, in turn.
I took my Yorkie when he was a puppy to get his first haircut at petsmart grooming 3 years later tried to make another appointment to get him groomed again made a appointment 2 hours later got a call from petsmart grooming saying my dog was banded from their store for what we have no clue why?? He has had no problems at other groomers would NOT recommend this place to anyone ever. take your fur babies to K9 behavior he is being groomed now and doing great.
The grooming Dept did such a great job on my dogs cut and wash. We will be regular customers from now on. They were kind and welcoming and good to our pup!
I've had a positive experience with Banfield and the rest of the store. I did try the grooming here twice, and both times it was underwhelming. I'd avoid the grooming - everything else is great though.
So my experience was with an online order and not in store. The staff were very professional and directed me where to go to resolve my issue. My issue is, Everytime I order online I am double charged. And not like a small amount either. My most recent charge was for 118. Which is quite a bit for me to just lose for a week. So apparently when you place an order online, they do a pre-authorization on the amount of the purchase, however, they also charge you account for the actual purchase. I was told the charge would go away after the items were picked up, but that is not the case. In reality, they are "holding" this money for 5-7 business days after receiving the payment for the items ordered. I'm beyond upset and will sadly not be using PetSmart any longer. It's a shame, we spend 400-500 a month here for all of our pets but I can't keep being double charged and then told there's nothing to be done. I think also that with this corporation my frustration isn't even considered or cared about.
