PetSmart - Pet supply store in Peoria - 9960 N 91st Ave, USA

My beta is doing just fine with my glofish altho the female that sold me the fish yesterday told me "no returns" because I was putting them in the same tank. She clearly had no idea what she was talking about. All 4 fish are happy in their forever home!

Received an aqua pond starter kit for Christmas and couldn’t wait to set up the system. I stopped in for a few goldfish and accessories. Got good service, love my fish and blue rocks, my system is thriving….. The photos are just 5 days after setup. Harvesting micro greens in a few days

We have a rescue dog with some anxiety issues and dog reactivity, we are slowly trying to socialise her and we took her into this store today. She got a little over excited at the other dogs there while we were in checkout and started doing her mean girl bark, the cashier (I think his name is Ruben?) was absolutely fantastic. He didn't make us feel bad he just started calling our girl to get her attention, gave her a treat and let her lick his hand. He is awesome, super friendly, super professional, an absolute credit to the company. Thank you so much 😁♥️

Do not come here if you are looking for assistance or welcoming staff. Waited for employees to come help us with the fish for way too long. A male employee shouted rudely at us “it’ll be second.” We then stopped an employee that was passing by and she clearly did not want to help either. She was just as rude redirecting us to Petco when their website said they had what we were looking for in stock. Looks like Petco gained a customer. Don’t waste your time here if you need help or have questions. They clearly don’t want to help their customers.

We went in for our Golden Pups 1 year birthday & the staff was so sweet and showed us exactly where to find birthday cakes for dogs! In particular the cashier Ruben was so enthusiastic greeting everyone who walked in and he was so kind to us and our puppy! You can tell he loves what he does, and made our visit even more fun!

Our love for our pets starts in this amazing store, and today I had the most amazing experiences talking with a young cashier and her lovely chameleon pet, and we came out with such a great feeling knowing how much we care and we love our pets. The best stores, best prices, great varieties of supplies, and what else can I say. You guy are amazing.

Customer service is not great because they do not have enough employees on the floor. Also I have bought so many fish and a lot of them are not lasting for more than a week. And some of the employees that they do have are not knowledgeable in BIRDS and FISH.

Jayden was helpful, friendly and professional. I had a question about a purchase, before confirming my question she reached out to a supervisor and in a few seconds I had my answer. I will be returning to this location for future purchases. The service was excellent!
