Our puppy had her first salon visit today, and the staff was amazing. Not only did they take the time to walk me through the process (on a very busy day) but make sure she felt as comfortable as possible as well. Our "paw"gress report showed me how she did for each service, and she came back looking and smelling fantastic. With this compassionate crew I have no doubt that she will grow to love going to the salon as much as I do. Thank you Gina and team!!
We had our dogs groomed by Nikki & Melissa. Our two fluffy Australian shepherds turned out AMAZING! The groomers recommend specialized shampoos for their type of fur and asked questions about our dogs. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and loving towards my dogs. Would recommend and plan to bring my dogs back!
Had my dog Roger groomed by Gina! She was amazing! It was his first time and she was great and taught me a couple things! I will definitely be back! ❤️
I have been bringing my dog to this location for 4 years with no problems at all. Everyone has loved my dog well that is until today when the lady (Gina) didn’t even give my dog a chance to calm down and she called me less then 5 minutes of my dog being there. Won’t be coming back here again.
I visited the store yesterday 11/09/23 at 9am and was not greeted by any staff. They all stared at me like I was a thug. When I asked a question they acted like they didn’t want to respond. Horrible customer service I have never encountered such poor service. I felt very unwelcome. Every staff member that was working yesterday should be disciplined or fired.
Gina went above and beyond for my dog Maisie's nail trim. She was extremely kind and patient with my nervous pup and made it such a pleasant experience. She did a great job, even giving Maisie a birthday bandana to wear home. Highly recommend! Thank you Gina!

Good location, good staff, always has the snake food I need. It is always fun to look at all the reptiles they have. And a good selection on tanks too. Pretty big parking lot, so easy to find a spot, might have to walk if busy, but better than trying
