I had an issue with the in-store & online price differences. I was unable to order my merchandise for curbside service on my time. ☆Fortunately☆ price matching is honored, so all went well this time.
They are raciest to cats, had three different appointments, they never seen the cat, and made arrangements from my job to get her there,and had to experience nothing but excuses,why she couldn't be seen, will also cancel my insurance. $50 dollars a month for this type of treatment!!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
Wow. Where should I begin. So I had an appointment with groomer Gaby for my baby Prince at 1:30PM on 12/29/23. Upon arrival Gaby and I begin to discuss Prince type of cuts she wanted him to have(Gaby) I then explained to her that I want that type of style and can I pay extra for the dematting since she stated that he had a little mating. Gaby then told me NO and insisted that I take Prince back home several times. Well that's when Sara the Senior groomer begin yelling, speaking very unprofessional telling me she's the Senior Groomer and that they need to take up for each other. Whole time she has absolutely nothing to donwith his grooming. I askednhernSara manybtimesnto not speak to me and to get maneger Sara then told me to go find her!!! And proceeded to speak to the staff in Spanish I asked if she can please speak in English and she shouted that's Racists..WOW Im a Black woman who does not speak nor understand Spanish yet Sara thought it was okay to speak spanish about me to her co workers. But said my statement of asking her to speak English is racist!!!! Speaking in Spanish in front of customers who suppose to entrust their dog with you, while your creating a very hostile environment.NOT GOOD BUSINESS....Well the maneger Atika walked in and of Course Sara the Senior grooomer was still yelling to the point the Maneger asked her several times to please be quite while trying to de-escalate the situation. Atika and I left the area and can still hear Sara yelling and the others laughing. THIS BEHAVIOR FROM AN EMPLOYEE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE DISTURBING AND DISAPPOINTING AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED, i hope this isn't the practice that petsmart deems appropriate. I have recorded my encounter.
This location is an aquarium lover's nightmare. I went with the intention of setting up a new 10 gallon freshwater tank. First I walked past the betta graveyard and almost cried. Most of them were dead or dying. Their cups were all filled with algae and some type of bacterial bloom. Their water has probably never been changed and who knows the last time they were even fed. Then I went to the back of the store to see what fish they have for sale in the tanks. Well all the tanks were infested with green algae. Some were so bad you couldn't even see the fish in the tank. I'll never buy a single fish from here with such horrible water conditions. There were 3 staff members all talking together about something they found in the store that smelled so bad and was covered in flies. I'll be buying my fish at petco where you can at least see what fish are in the tank.
Do not take your pet to this Petsmart or any Petsmart for grooming. As a new dog mom I took my 4 month old cockapoo for a much needed trim and this was the worse mistake I could have ever made. If my dog would not allow them to cut her hair they should have simply called me and let me know; instead they scissor cut her hair uneven and a lot shorter than asked for. To add salt to the wound they have you pay before seeing your dog & tackled on a $10 special handling fee. I could have personally cut her hair much better for a lot less. There was 0 love and effort put in. I will never ever ever take her to any Petsmart again. For reference purposes the individual who groomed her was Tati D. I’ve added before and after pictures.

Nice to see New Jersey has the JUCE. This is the only drink My kid can have thereâs no red dye. No artificial junk. So easy to mix with water. And the price you canât beat it. I usually buy it on Amazon. Itâs a lot more expensive.
