Had a great experience here. Better than the other nearby pet store. It's bigger, better selection, and the employee that helped me was so awesome. Best customer service I have witnessed in a long time.

Everything that I saw was priced comparable to Walmart when it comes to the same or similar items for dogs. My wife and I were looking for a cat for one of our children. Since we were already there, we decided to purchase some dog treats for our dog. I really did not like the setup for pet adoption though. We saw a cat that our son wanted and we found out each animal goes through a rescue organization. We called and texted, but received no reply. This is a very poor way to do business. I get you are trying to get pets adopted, but there needs to be a good system where people can understand what the expectations are for being able to adopt a pet, some guidance from the store or rescue, and then some sort of high level of customer service. In this regard, the employees were completely inattentive to people interested in looking at pets and knew little or nothing of the adoption process.

The staff is really knowledgeable not only about the food they have but the animals they have as well. They have a 14 day return policy with animals no questions asked. Which is amazing as we found out after purchasing a pet that 2 of the children are extremely allergic. Heads up This is an all male store so you might want to call another store if you want a female pet.

JENAH IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE HERE! YOU HAVE GOT TO GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE. She knows everything about fish and answers all the questions anyone could ever need. You are so lucky to have her there.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with any groomer. The manager at this location was rude and didn’t seem to care either. She has been to several places so this was not her first experience. It was not great from the start but I will focus on how this experience effected my dog, the real client. I have a yorkie who is 11 months old. She deserves nothing but the best and what she received was something that left her terrified and not herself. I don’t know what happened this day at PetSmart but it wasn’t good. When I picked her up she was covered in other dogs hair. She had two out of 10 nails trimmed, her hair appeared to not have been trimmed besides the unevenness of her face. Her glands were not extracted based on the smell. I highly recommend you do not take your dog here. My dog looked worse when I left here than she did when I brought her. On top of that she seemed traumatized. I will never shop nor groom my dog at PetSmart. It’s a terrible place! I’ll be sure to let all of my family and friends know what occurred so no other dog experiences what mine did.
