Put my dog in pet hotel there. As far as I know they are excellent with my dog. She's happy when I take her back she happy when I pick her up. Great staff.
Do not take your pet for grooming! After using their services for years now, my 11 yr old 8 lb Chihuahua mix was traumatized. They they put the leash around her neck and DRAGGED her to the back. When I asked why they don't pick her up, THEY said it's policy not to pick up animals!! They have treated my dog with gently before! I even told them they're were going to hurt her or cause a heart attack! The other groomers chipped in saying it's policy??? The groomer was scary as she had everything pierced on her face!!! Do NOT take your chances with this grooming salon!!
The cashiers and associates are very aware of customers and are more than helpful. The store is clean and well organized as well.

One area where PetSmart falls short is in its koi supply section. Unfortunately, it doesn't offer a robust selection for enthusiasts of these beautiful fish. It would be beneficial if they could expand and diversify their offerings for koi enthusiasts. Overall, PetSmart serves as a reliable one-stop shop for pet essentials. It excels in providing a hassle-free experience for cat owners like myself, particularly for purchasing necessities like cat litter. The well-maintained small animal section is a highlight, offering a delightful diversion during visits. However, the limited koi supply section is an area for potential improvement. Despite this, PetSmart remains a valuable resource for pet owners seeking convenience and variety.

Was refused a reservation for our dogs without any clear policy explanation, asked for the manager and the same CSR got on the phone and pretended to be the mgr. Every other petsmart we have been to has been exceptional, Olivia should be fired. Full stop.
We paid to have (4) dogs boarded during the period of: 8/27-9/1/19. We have used your facility in the past, but are extremely unhappy with our recent experience. Dogs: Freddie/Charlie- Suite- upon our arrival, we could see their suite from the waiting room. It was filthy, with dog feces not picked up, and crusty dried kibble ib each of the dog's bowls. ( I have pictures!) We also paid to have both dogs groomed before we picked them up ( 5pm Sunday), but your staff failed to complete it's mission. The dogs were never bathed. In addition, Freddie arrived back home with a hoarse bark, which might be kennel cough. While waiting for the dogs to be returned, each time the kennel door was opened it left a lingering stench in the waiting room. This tells me the condition inside the kennel was horrible! It was apparent your facility was short-staffed and the (2) girls, and (2) guys had too much on their plates. The Akita that we boarded-Jax- had to visit Banfield while under your care. We understand the dog was dehydrated from not drinking enough water while in the kennel. We were extremely upset when we saw the haunches of the dog after we got home. They were scrapped up on both legs indicating that someone in your facility was trying to pull the dog out of his kennel when he did not want to move. In other words, the dog was putting on his brakes. I would like the Pet Smart District Manager to contact me. I do not want to speak with the store General Manager nor the manager of the hotel. I am not interested in excuses or an apology. BTW- All 3 reservations (over $800) were made under my wife's name Paula. I am her husband Jeff writing this email. Thank you
No issues. My dog stayed at the pet hotel a couple times now recently. Staff took great care of her.
