We love this store! Walk in for dog treats or fish food and usually walk out with another pet or fish! We have adopted a side neck turtle Named Venom, a Russian tortoise named Boris the Tortoise, 3 placos named Nemo, Squirt and Malik Jr, we have 3 rainbow sharks that actually react to their Names! All of them are named Sharkay, also African dwarf frogs, and numerous generations of ghost shrimp all named Shrimpin' ! Great service over the years! Great job handling the ups and downs of the last couple years and sticking to customer satisfaction! Be safe out there and have a blessed year!

I took my little guy in for a hair cut. Maddie did an amazing job! His hair was way out of control with tons of knots and when I picked him up he was so happy and looked adorable! Will definitely be returning.

Staff was just loving on our New Rottie Pup! Full of advice as to how to start trying to best treats, best attention keepers and the likes! Great experience where our Baron can pick out his own bed he would like to sleep in and he did at that! Getting him signed up for obedience classes and his first bath and nails free! So many discounts and coupons if you sign up on the web site. Free delivery, specials running on so much product! We were able to get everything we needed. Usually have great service,,but this last time , went in for fish , and the girl helping couldn't have been more annoyed,,like we were keeping her from something important.. we just up and left...

It's a very good thing to be able to have a great bunch of people that are willing and able to care for your pets. I personally have the pet insurance plan, my dog seems very happy after her appointments with the Banfield pet hospital.

Changing my vet because I was disrespected in this store. All the retractable leashes ar priced wrong. And not it Thier right places. Took me forever just to use my phone to check what the.prive really is . Then I was asked to hurry like I was going to steal something because it was taking so long I. One place. I told the lady why it was taking me a long time she blamed me th customer Said customers mess it up And then asked me to leave. I went vto the manager but the fat blonde lady Got in The middle I said I wasn't talking to her and ultimately had to leave because I wasn't going to have a. Physical altercation with that lady that jump d in and blam d a disabled veteran. I wasn't able to talk to th manager clearly. I went out side and the problem followed m. I should have called the. police . Instead I got thrown out and treated like a criminal. They don't like disabled veterans at this place I shouldn't hav to be publicly humiliated . I hav honor. I will never go in this store . I hav filled a report and I hav contacted my lawyer so that I may sue for discrimination. The store called me when I said not to and tried coerce me into ????????? I told the customer service I didn't want to be harassed by anyone from the store. They handed my phone number out against my will and without my permission. Just get a lawyer. And again I have to get a lawyer. Fraud again. And an extremely rude management. I do not have to release my personal info to any but the authority. Yes u are not it. And if I exercise my constitutional right to privacy why should I pay aver double. To have your vet double and triple bill then okay stupid to the degree I have to cancel all my financial accounts. Wow. Lawyer again and this time it will be huge. Second time. Oh yeah waited 30 minutes for the fish but no one ever came and the line was ten people long. Ranks are dirty probably give your tank rot.

Everybody is so nice in this store and very very helpful. I found exactly what I wanted where it should be which is nice also. Thank you employees of PetSmart

There's not a lot to say it's a pet store. A definitely had what I needed and the customer service. But it was a little pricey but everything these days is Pricey.
