They don't lie when they say the spa takes years off your looks! Kaylee does an awesome job with Bailey, even with her terrible separation anxiety. We go in looking like an old lady (she's 8), walk out looking like a puppy!

The cat adoption area is SO WELL cared for. The cats always have full food bowls, clean water dishes, and the litter boxes are never dirty. The PetSmart staff must spend some quality time with the rescue cats, because when I had questions about one of the specific cats, two of the staff members gave me details on his personality. I wound up adopting him (through the Clay County shelter) and upon picking him up, a few staff members came over to say goodbye to him. 💙🐾

This was my first time here, and the people working here were very friendly, and helpful. I found everything I needed, and everything is in its place. The store was very clean. I will be back that is for sure 😊

I scheduled a grooming appointment for my fur baby with Kaylee at PetSmart in Mattoon, IL. She was friendly and professional. She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her. See my fur baby before and after.

Never had troubles with the groomers before, but took our new pup in for his grooming and he came home with alot of cuts on his skin behind his ears. Won't be going back for grooming needs

Well the store its self is clean.. except qhen my daughter bought a fish and the guy dropped it on the floor and put it in her bag anyhow.. it was dead before we got home..

Assistant store manager is very unhelpful and lacks customer service. I will no longer shop here. Angela, the manager in grooming, is wonderful.
