I brought my 2.5 yo goldendoodle there for his every few month grooming. I had brought him there once before with no issues. So I brought in my dog, explained to the groomer what I wanted (we settled on a length of “5”, longer legs, and the teddy bear face), and left him in their care. About an hour later, I received a call from a woman who was not his actual groomer, stating that they had to end the groom early because my dog was anxious, flailing around, and nipping at the groomer. It was a safety issue. I was in shock, because my dog never had behaved like that at a groomers before. When I got there, he had been started to be shaved over half his body. SHORT. VERY SHORT. A FULL SHAVE. Not only did they shave his body, but they also shaved into his legs, which went against ALL that we had discuss and agreed upon. In addition, loose hair was falling off of him as we walked to the car. They didn’t even take the time to get rid of the excess hair that had already been trimmed!! He looked like he had mange. When I got him home, I spent the next hour or so fixing the monumental disaster they left me with. I finished the shave, with no excessive matting to be found. When I initially booked the grooming, I even had applied the extra brushing charge to his cut, as I knew his hair was longer, with some potential mats. So what was the extra fee I was paying for if they had no intention of brushing him out before the cut???? I brush him somewhat regularly, but got a bit behind due to the holiday season. That being said, I had worked out most of the mats he had behind his ears and a few other places at home before the appointment. He was NOT matted all over. (Note: my doodle has very thick, dense, curly hair. Brushing straightens the hair, but it frequently curls up shortly after.) I do understand that my doodle may have not been into the groom that day, was anxious, didn’t like the groomer, or whatever. I understand that safety is important, and respect that they had to cancel the appointment accordingly. BUT, they didn’t do what I had asked and left me with an awful mess. Lesson learned… DO NOT BRING YOUR DOODLE TO THIS GROOMER. They are a grooming factory. They aren’t willing to spend the time to brush out the dog if it may take a bit more time. They are just trying to get people in and out. They did not do what we had agreed upon, nor were they helpful with cleaning him up before sending him home with me in a complete mess. Rookie groomers. Again, Note: I understand grooming doodles can be challenging, time consuming, and a lot of work. BUT, if you are not willing to do it right, don’t do it at all. Stop allowing doodle owners to make appointments if this is the kind of service, or lack there of, you are going to provide. Pictures I provide show the mess he was left in. Again, no mats, just curled hair. The last photo is his leg, which shows a shave line down the leg (the other leg I had already started shaving down to match the rest of his body). Poor dood. Goodbye Petsmart.
The grooming station needs more organization, in my opinion. I had an appointment and had to reschedule because groomers cut herself. Then went back, and they only did my dogs back legs because he was too anxious . They didn't charge me, but I feel my dog wouldn't have been anxious if they had groomed him the first day.
I visit this PetSmart for both grooming and the hotel. Ashley is the groomer I use, and she is wonderful with my Sophia. What I appreciate is that she remembers us both visit after visit and the quality of grooming is excellent. When I travel, I never worry about my Sophia at the hotel. The staff knows her, but most importantly, she never comes home stressed after her stay. I love that I can get her a full day of activities every day she stays there.
Good Selection. Lots of Service. They could have more help on the floor for lifting large item as well as locating items. Maybe need someone hanging around the back isles instead of always at the door. Nice staff though.
Took my Pyrenees in for a haircut and bath. He had a couple matted spots which I understood would need a little more work. When I got him back he was shaved entirely bald AND they double charged me for supposedly brushing all these mats out that I can’t even tell existed because they butchered all of his our off. So I ended up spending almost $200 for something I could have done myself in 20 minutes with a damn razor.
The workers I encountered were friendly and pleasant with their customer service skills. The manager was great also, when I had a slight issue to resolve. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer, even though there's another PetSmart that's closer to get to on the bus.
It was our go to for awhile but after today's grooming service we are done. The groomer didn't even cut her nails. I ended up cutting them at home. We had our two dogs staggered times to drop them off. Dropping off the second dog was a disaster. The blue leash they put around their neck was basically choking her and we told them repeatedly she will Chew through it. They dragged her by the blue leash around her neck. Of course she freaked out. We told them to just use the harness as they have before and they just told us to leave so they could get her. We went back in as she was flipping out with them dragging her through the salon. Quality and just overall caring has gone downhill.
I tried to make a grooming appointment and was told I was no longer allowed back or to any PetSmarts. It’s been 6 months since I’ve been there and no one told me about an issue at the time and no one called me to tell me at any point. When I tried getting more information about what happened I was transferred to 3 different people and still no answers. I understand if something happened but it’s not fair to not know what the reason was.
JAX is the place for atmosphere and relaxing dining. The menu has something for everyone. If you're into Oysters, plenty varieties to choose from. GM and Staff are top notch!! Highly recommended!!!
I love wings. If I go a week without wings, something went awry. Dr. proctor's has some of the best wings I have ever had, coast to coast. Frys are great too. Sometimes they run out of tots though :(. Food here is high end, with low prices. Even
Great location close to downtown and all the fun Denver neighborhoods but far enough where itâs a calmer atmosphere. The amenities are great and the pool is amazing in the summer. The security is great here too with key fob systems and secured, cov
We travel a lot and this hotel was amazing. From the second we walked it the door we were treated like family. All of the staff member made us feel important. Even when the staff was overrun with customers, we were still acknowledged. This place has

Even though there was remodeling going on when we stayed, our stay was great. We loved our double room and so did the other couple we stayed with. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept great all 3 nights. A special thank you to the kit
