I went there to get fish for my tank and I was not disappointed. The lady who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. She engaged and treated us with respect.

A lot of fake greetings and smiles here. Don't bother me none cause I would caresless. I just go in get my pets food and come back out.

I've been ok with Pet Smart hours as they take walk-ins. But the last two late afternoons they do not take walk-ins. Why don't you just adjust your sign. No late afternoon walk-ins. It's very frustrating to the pet owner and your staff. Better yet I advise to call before even leave the house. That's not walk-ins now.

The groomer did exactly as we asked. Our dog looked absolutely perfect when we picked her up.

Isaiah and Donovan really care for our old lady and treat her like royalty!! She always looks clean and fluffy.
