After relocating to CO for work I've struggled to find an apartment within my budget. I drove past and pulled in just on the off chance. Will met me at the property to show me around within 20 min. He didn't have anything open but promised to call when he did. About a week later he had a spot for me. When something else opened up he had me check it out to make sure I was in the room I wanted. His customer service is great. Thoroughly went over rules and agreement to make sure all understood and has been responsive to any request I've had. The rooms are great. They've been remodeled, and are well furnished and quiet. You provide your own dishes, kitchen things, bedding and towels which worked well for me. I was concerned about the area being rough, but since moving in have not been disturbed and the neighbors all very nice.

We got so lucky to have found this place. Our room is amazing, comfy leather couch and huge king sized bed. The big screen TV's and all the books. It feels like home. Our favorite part is the incredible neighbors that we have and the owner Will. Will has been so accommodating and always striving to make our stay the best it can be. Beyond grateful and happy to be here.

Cant say enough about this Extended stay. It is amazing here!!! Beautiful remodeled with big screen in living room and bedroom. The community here treats u like family and we all look out for each other. Highly recommend! The owner Will is amazing genuine person who looks out for you and anythg u need he dnt mind helping. Best extended stay ever stayed in 100%

HORRIBLE He was trying to charge $2,402.5 for the one month. Didn’t care that i was self employed or that I had dogs that needed a place to stay . He set up a day for me to come & look at a unit & made me believe that the unit was ready . I told him about my situation & he said we can work through it . When I got there it was a different story he said he had 5 people looking at the room & he didn’t care about my situation. It wasn’t even ready when I got there & it was filthy still being worked on & he made ugly remarks about my relationship with my wife. He also blatantly told me he & his wife smoke a lot of drugs. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE & HUGE WASTE OF TIME DON’T let these “good” reviews fool you. Terrible location & Terrible Property Owner/Manager Check out Suburban Extended Stay they’re a lot nicer & way cheaper. They also don’t have a money hungry owner/manager that asks to look at your personal portfolio.

By FAR the best extended stay I've had the pleasure of being at. The owner's been amazing and accommodating with everything, they actually invest in their property unlike others I've seen. Our room's beyond spacious, and we have two huge smart TVs with great internet. Like I said, he actually invests in ensuring you're comfortable here. Big grassy area in the back for the dogs. And the location itself is perfect. 6 minute walk from Oak Station, 5 minute walk to King Soopers, 2 minute walk to Dominos Pizza, and restaurants all around. I would honestly suggest it to anyone.

If I could give -25 star review I would. This place is disgusting. The owner is a liar and a thief. We were moving back to Colorado from Dallas and this man lied and told us that his place was completely remodeled and the pictures in the website are nothing like what it really was. There were no smoke detectors, or carbon monoxide detectors. No ventilation. The place was filthy the furniture looked like something he picked up in an alley. There was no covers on the electrical outlets. You can’t even control your own heat. I took pictures of the filth. I was told that I needed to pay in advance because in order to secure a reservation. There was only two other people staying there . When I told him that I would not be staying there he became belligerent telling me he would not return my money to me. He took 750.00 dollars from us and we did not stay for one day. The other reviews are probably people who he has do the reviews for him. This place is a code enforcement officer’s dream. Not to mention there is no place to walk your dog. He doesn’t even supply a role of toilet paper. only nasty sheets on a bed that looks like he pulled out of the trash. STAY AWAY! This guy is a thief!! By the way the pictures on the add they this guy took with his own camera , If you click on any of the pictures it’s just keeps going to this one picture of a room that looks nice and big. Every single picture. I was traveling with my husband to relocate back to Denver.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Good price for what you get. Will the landlord is awesome. Our two dogs love it too.

I've been here for a little over a month now and I love it. Owner is very cool and laid back and the area is extremely quiet. Apartments are done very nice with new everything. I'll be staying for a good while.
