I like this place and the baths are convenient other than the blow dryers being very weak. However, we've had multiple run ins with a short haired older woman who is very rude about the baths. We have 2 very large furry dogs and we do our best to be considerate with getting them washed and dried quickly when it's busy. This lady constantly talks down to us and tells us there are people waiting in a tone reminiscent of a teacher scolding a 5 year old. It's really not worth going here any more to feel rushed and belittled when we paid and waited for our time to wash our dogs.

There’s a ton of good dog stuff. It ranges from toys to a wall of clothes. They also have water bowls and are super animal friendly inside.

They do great! Alittle extra pricey for sure but they were honest when they were uneasy about answering questions about cat food with my cat who just got out of the ER which I appriciate. Cute little shop with way more options for those with cats than sat petsmart.

Usually a friendly staff but the woman who just checked me out was SUPER rude. I asked politely about using the rest of my gift card and she got all pissy due to me then using two payment methods. Was so rude and made me feel like a total POS. I still said thank you and she wouldn't respond. Terrible customer service.

Local store with a great selection. They also have a buyer rewards program that saves us on dog food

Seriously check your expiration dates when you buy anything from here. 4 of the 6 cat pouches I just picked up were expired. By 4 months.

Judy was a huge help! She walked around the store with me, answered all of my questions, and helped pick out the best stuff for my new puppy. He's already loving one of his new toys!

I tried many different self-wash dogs, but this is probably my favorite. It's a bit out of the way from me, but I like the convenience of it. The store also has lots of variety of goodies.
