Spent a Day out with my son who is allergic to pet dander but loves animals. We are trying to find a dog that did not cause an allergic reaction. This place was nice that gave you an opportunity to interact with the puppies before purchasing. The puppies are all friendly and playful. He was doing well until the end when the sneezing began. Prices of the dogs are a bit expensive but overall had a great experience with my son shopping for puppies. Maybe in a couple years he will outgrow this allergy and we may return. Staff was friendly and made shopping very nice.
Very pleased with this establishment, my wife looked at a yorky. She absolutely loved him. We will be back. Karissa helped us and was very patience and knowledgeable about this type of beeed. Willing to assist and help with every way possible of the purchase of this puppy. Went above and beyond her call of duty. I highly recommend that you ask for her personally.
Hubby and I really wanted a Frenchie but was not approved for the in house financing for that breed. Then we decided to get the Boston Terrier. Little guy had to stay a week to take medication to clear up his runny nose. It was a little disappointing to leave him behind but I am glad they make sure no one leaves with a sick puppy. The day we picked him there was a miscommunication that was immediately corrected, we do appreciate the transparency and taking accountability of mistakes at no fault to the customer. Thank you kindly for correcting the situation and addressing it. Our Rubble is adapting very well. We still want to get a Frenchie down the road and there is a great possibility we will return back to Petland in Raleigh to get one. The staff was super friendly start to finish making sure our baby was well enough to go home with us. He fits perfect in our household of kids and other fur babies. When we picked up, we wore custom hoodies in honor of him that we made ourselves. He is definitely the baby of the family. We love him and he loves all. I am glad I decided to go back to see him and proceed with the process.
So glad I walked into that store and walked out with my new best friend! Karissa was awesome and she gave me all the time I needed to make this decision. I love bringing my puppy back in to visit! Its like he remembers her!
The puppies were in small tank like enclosures with plastic wire looking floor, not healthy. They peed and it went through the gaps and they were basically sleeping in it. Do not support this store, it is known for getting their dogs from puppy mills. I played with one of the scruffy dogs and couldent help but get upset due to the life style that these dogs were living, not to mention the fact that they were drinking out of a hamster water container and most were by themselves. The small King Charles was being picked on by the bigger dogs and we mentioned it and nobody seemed to care. Whenever the people would walk by they would be eager to get out of the cages showing that the dogs don’t get out enough. DO NOT support puppy mills, as much as I feel horrible for these puppies I would not support this type of business. If you aren’t informed, puppy mills are horrid conditions where they care more about profit over the life style of these puppies. Most looked way younger then 8 weeks and were in with bigger older puppies and getting bit at. The last thing I would like to mention is the fact that most of the dogs looked like they had sicknesses, red irritated skin and sneezing frequently. When I played with one of the dogs he acted as if he had not been out of the cage in a long time, not even knowing how to be a puppy. In conclusion this pet store is not one I or anyone should be supporting.
Stopped in today to look at the French bull dogs for me and ended up getting a mini golden doodle for our daughter. We have two little kids 2.5 and 8 months old and the dog has been really social with the kids. The staff were super friendly and let us see all the dogs we wanted. When we met with the manager, he showed us the prices and we negotiated to a good deal. All the accessories we received 10% off and they threw in the take home kit.
We have a son with sensory processing issues and came to Petland many times to get him used to the puppies. They were very patient and understanding of our situation and helped us find the right puppy. Karissa was a huge help. After more than ten visits we found our new family member.
Excellent job. The response to my query was very quick. Recommendations were great. The fully explained everything even when they said,"no". Madison was awesome 😎. Very helpful. Everyone else has nice too. My puppy is the best. So nice clean friendly. Thanks for everything you did to make my experience the Best.

My son enjoyed the Fun with Flight class that was offered through the Town of Cary. They built catapults, airplanes, and other things. It was engaging. I will definitely consider signing him up for another class with Engineering for Kids.
My husband and I love this place! Fresh ingredients and really friendly staff. We always get a Chapel Hill Roll each (so citrus-y and tasty!), and try a new roll every time. The harumaki (spring roll) and their rendition of a Moscow Mule are also del
