My first and only time we went on this ride we waited an hour and half but then we’ve skipped it so many times on past trips because of that reason so we finally caved and waited! That was too long. The ride seemed short. I mean the flying part reminded me of the ET ride at Universal. This ride has lots of vibrant colors but it kinda boring to me. The atmosphere was pretty cool though. Enjoy!
Peter Pan’s Flight is a dark ride located in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom. On this ride, you go on a floating ship across Neverland. This ride has one of the longest wait times in the park; and is shown through the poor management of the standard to fast pass ratio. If you’re on standby, expect to wait for a while.
The ride itself has basic animatronics, but retells the story of Peter Pan well through its visual storytelling. A few things I found annoying was the lack of headrest and the constant stopping in the ride. However, flying is a little cool. Overall, would recommend going to other rides; as they are higher quality and have more reasonable wait times.
Joined the queue estimated at 50 mins. Left the queue after 1hr 10. That was after being sat in the Tinkerbell area for 30 minutes with no movement. Came out asked why and got told it's on a ratio with lightning lane. By my estimate the ratio is 1:0 as we literally didn't move for ages. Do not recommend.
Great way to start the day at Magic Kingdom before the lines get crazy. Great ride for all ages! Tons of nostalgia in this ride!
Just visited and it was so bad that i immediately had to write a review. Do NOT even think about wasting any of ur time for this ride. The staff only lets fast pass people on and rarely any regular people which is why i waited almost 2 and a half hours for this ride that was 1 minute long.
Don't know why this particular ride always has such a long line so Genie+ is a great choice. It is a fun flight through peter pan's story flying over the land in a pirate ship.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I spent over 1.5hrs in line for a ride that lasts at most 3 minutes and is nothing short of dissapointing. Do yourself a favor and use this time on another ride.
A classic dark ride and one of the originals in Magic Kingdom. It's worth a ride especially if you've never done it before, but be aware that the wait times for it are usually one of the longest waits in the park. That said, it's a great ride that is suitable for all ages.
