Had my son's high school graduation party at the shelter. It was fairly clean. Would recommend making sure you have a trash can with you because the trash cans for the park are bit away from the shelter. But liked the close proximity to the playground as well.
It’s a great park just needs a change If you tryna to ride anything time after 3:30 it will be packed with skaters just getting off school If you want a good ride and not hit into anyone you’ll have to get there earlier I’ve been riding this park 9 years I love the park we just need something bigger definitely a SKATE park not many bmxers go here
Nice, large park. Lots of trees, open field for soccer, frisbee etc... Nice play ground for the kids. Picnic shelter. And skate ramps. One of my family's favorite parks.
They've destroyed the ability of kids to enjoy this park in the summer. All playground equipment was moved to full sun area and then they put black rubber under the equipment. Nothing says play here like a warning label due to excessive heat due to sunlight. Not to mention the bathrooms were demolished and they installed a single port a potty. The picnic tables were now all aluminum and sitting on a concrete pad in full sun. Burning your legs all summer long. I grew up in this park. Sad to see it unusable now.
Its good to skate when there is just a few people, otherwise I find it easily gets crowded and then feels pretty limited. I think the ramps and transitions are good to learn on, they have small ramps and taller ones. I have met some really nice social skaters there which is always great for building community.
I love living in the area take my Granson on frequent visits! He likes to play met other wonderful people and children and watching the skateboarders and or baseball practices are definitely a plus
Fun little prefab
Been going to that park since I was a little kid. It's totally different now though. I like all the upgrades. There is a nice skate park for skate boarders. There's a nice tennis court which has always been there. There are nice places to set up and have shindigs. I thinknthe restrooms hav been replaced with porta potties which I dnt like much but ok. Overall nice equipment and good grass.
Holmes lake is an amazing place to go. There's a trail that you can hike, walk or bike around the lake. A really nice playground for the kids with bathroom facilities near by. We have gone out there for picnics, cookouts, play dates at the park, fish
I grew up in Antelope Park living mere blocks from the main grounds.... I've always enjoyed the well groomed fields, the maintained playgrounds and the wonderful bike path that runs through. It's a beautiful place for a picnic, a stroll with a date o
Very well laid out park. We went with our children and there was plenty to entertain them for hours. Paved trails and very clean. Great for running, walking, biking or skating. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are in the area!
Mahoney is my peaceful place! It's where I go when I need to escape adulting for a while! I love to go just cruise through and take in all the beauty, music jamming, of course, and take pictures. It's my happy place. It's actually become my daughter-
It's a great small city park. Kids were playing, groups were gathered under a tree, I was able to loose leash walk my dog with enough separation from everyone. Great for a short walk of fresh air, enough trees to keep you fairly cool.
Beautiful park! ð Even though it's only about half a block in size, it's the perfect spot for taking a nice breather while you're out and about! There are plenty of places to sit, as there are a couple benches, a gazebo, and a fountain. It's also
I absolutely love this climbing gym. The boulders are always great quality and updated every week. Great place to come alone and focus on bettering yourself as well as a fantastic place to hang out with friends (or even make new ones due to the amazi
We recently enjoyed our time at Tomahawks. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff and just a ton of fun! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for something fun to do with family/friends!!
The best bakery in all the land. My mom and I especially love the savory pastries and soups, but almost every other item we've tried has been delicious, too. Five stars for top-notch baked goods, and another five stars for the loveliest baker and own
I came in at 6:07pm Saturday and there were already people waiting for their orders. My order came out relatively quickly even though there was a small hiccup. They had forgotten to charge me for the churro cheesecake which was no biggie to me as it
This was our first time eating here and it was great. Such a great atmosphere and theyâre very welcoming here. Food was incredible. My daughter and dad loved it. Iâm glad she reccomended it for our lunch!
This is my second year dropping in as I visit Lincoln to see family for the holidays. They were very friendly to Visitors. Last year (2022) Coach Conan and Coach Jared were amazing to me and my blue belt wife. The gym was amazing clean, clear schedu
Great space with a neat esthetic and friendly barista! She was so personable and kind- turned out to be the owner! Enjoyed my coffee, shop had a great layout, and donât get me started on the cinnamon waffle. Their coffee special and a treat was und
I was trying to book a hotel in Omaha in June (2023) and could not find anything (it turns out the Junior World Series was going on there), so I had to "settle" for Lincoln. I am glad I did. This hotel was five stars all the way, and worth the 54-min
This was my first time at White Or Wheat Sandwich Shoppe. The sandwich was amazingly fresh. I have never had pepper jack cheese with flavor that popped. The Dijon mustard was perfect, not to hot, not too sweet. Bread was just right firm yet moist
