I had a bad experience with a groomer who no longer works there. I wanted my dog to get a nice bath and cut for a family event. Lissette saved the day!!! She did a wonderful job and listened to any additional specialties I wanted. She’s is very welcoming and has an amazing personality. Thank you Lissette from Sage and the family for your hard work 😊.
This Petco is TERRIBLE. I bought two hamsters that died within a few days of purchase so I opted to purchase a different pet elsewhere. So I haven’t been back until recently. When my daughter looked at the mice. There were several dead in their cages. Shame on you petco for terrible breeding practices with your small animals. Also, this petco always looks like it’s going out of business because it’s a mess inside. I don’t understand!!!
Easy to make the appointment, everything went smooth on time. Staff is friendly, professional and super caring. My pup was excited the whole time, didn’t even feel his shots. Prices for annual checkups and vaccines affordable.
My experience at this Petco was absolutely dreadful when I took my dog in for grooming. Despite clearly expressing that my dog gets a bit nervous initially but calms down once I'm gone, the representative deliberately misinterpreted my words. Instead of understanding that my dog is perfectly okay, they wrongly claimed that my dog has seizures, creating unnecessary discomfort about grooming her. Furthermore, I suspect that the grooming staff, particularly an extremely rude woman, used the excuse of my dog's supposed condition as a convenient way to decline service, citing an overbooked schedule with dogs as an additional reason. Despite being a loyal customer for years, ever since this misinterpretation, I've encountered refusal from the grooming staff to attend to my dog.
Staff was extremely rude, with the manager yelling at me and my family due to a mishap during the grooming appointment with my dog being overly nervous, causing the appointment to take four hours longer than usual. I was alright with that, and the groomer stated that it was ok that I wouldn't be able to pick up my dog right away due to the timing change, but when going to pick up my dog, the manager was horrible to us, screamed at us, and decided to ban my dog from grooming across all petcos around the city. Never spending a penny here again
None of the employees assisted me when I rang the bell at the store. Another employee walked right past me , ignoring me, and took the elevator. I rang the bell again.
I decided to get my plants myself. I took them to the front. I waited patiently at the front while another customer helped for a very long time, with many cans of pet food.The first associate asked me who got these plants for you? , and I replied I got them myself. The employee didn't mention anything about the policy at that point.
The employee then asked Brianna who works in the Aquatics department, for the item sku. She opened the sku and I was charged for the item.
Brianna then stated in a aggressive hostile tone, " Don't do that again". She also stated, " I clean those tanks, and I don't want YOUR hands in MY tanks".
Instead of making an accusatory statement that could be taken offensively, Brianna should have stated , for example, " I'm sorry you had to wait. We like to make sure STORE POLICY is followed so, in case anything happens , you don't get blamed".
No. Brianna didn't say any of the professionalism and her two other employees there heard her make the disrespectful and offensive statement. I always come to the store to be ignored, and I have had worse statements said to me here, so this only adds to the terrible service I usually receive.
I have escalated this incident with the customer service team
This petco is the place to go to if you need to see bad petcare. The birds are attacking each other. They cram the leopard geckos in one cage. (As dominant reptiles if living with others they will attack), but its cool. If you need assistance with anything they won’t help you. Just try to do fill in work to evade the customer. Its all good. Understaffed. No wonder this place is failing in stock markets, income, and balance sheets.👏🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I have to say, this is the first time Petco at this location got it right. I called in the a.m. just to check if they had a particular food. The associate I'd spoken with gave me the information I needed, which was that they had the food but in a larger size. I took a chance to travel 2 hours there and what do you know? They had it. Thank you, Petco.
Good Store. Small Family Ru Business.. Nice Guys and A Sweet Bird Who Greats You With Various Hellos. They Also Have a Reptile Section downstairs. Wide Variety of Food For Cats and Dogs Including Raw.
