Petco - Pet store in Houston - 12310 Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, USA

The store was well stocked and clean. The staff were friendly and seemed to be happy to help customers around the store (I didn't need any assistance, but plenty of other shoppers seemed to be getting help from associates). I'm not usually a petco shopper, preferring other stores due to ease of finding items and cleanliness of stores but this ne may have convinced me to shop here instead!

Always a great visit here. Love the animals and I can tell the employees do to. My go to pet store.

This store is so fun for little kids. They feel like they are at the zoo so we had a blast learning different animals and purchasing our pet food. Use your loyalty card for discounts and check their website to sign up for email updates.

I love my PetCo. Awesome people that are pleasant & very helpful. They’ve helped me tremendously with finding good dog food that best suit the needs of my big dogs. The store is well stocked & clean. The groomers are great too.

Petco's are generally ok. This particular place needed some maintenance and management when I visited (in late Aug 2023), and things were a little difficult to find. It may simply be due to lack of workers, which also seemed to be the case during my visit

This place is amazing I love my groomer she takes such good care of my baby papa we were going to the one on Highway 6 but they refused to do service for me because I have cancer and missed a couple appointments so they would not take care of my papa anymore the assistant manager of that store call this store which I did not know and I found this one by myself and come to find out she had already explained to them what was going on it's sad that you have cancer and you cannot get around like everyone else but this store embraced me took me in with all their love and their care and most of all they could took care of my papa he loves going there I see the difference between that store and this store he really likes going there the other store I always had trouble trying to get him in there and he would always come out with a different haircut not like here this groomer knows what she's doing I would recommend them to anyone that wants a good groomer a good store a Welcome Store a loving store and a giving store this is the one for you don't go to the one on Highway 6 especially if you have an illness thank you

Great store very friendly staff. I take my kid there just to go look at animals. It's a mini zoo day lol

This is a very nice store but you lack employees. I went to pick up some items in aquatics and waited 10mins while the associate was helping one customer before I went up front to ask for someone else to come assist. The girl up front seemed to have an attitude about asking for assistance as If I could have gotten the items myself from the tanks. I assume the manager was the one who came to the department to help and never said hello or may I help.
