I have been going to Pet Supplies Plus for my dog grooming needs for almost a year. The groomer Tina is amazing! I love how she treats my puppy and she always listens to what I ask for and the results are amazing. This past cut was the best and we were both pleased with the results. The most important thing to note is the staff have been exceptionally nice to me and my pup Kyah! I am so happy with the services I receive at this store! Thanks Tina❤️❤️!!!
I moved back to Maryland from NC in July. I wandered into this location while shopping at Sprouts and boy is this a hidden gem! Competitive prices, great selection, and the friendliest staff anywhere. Trish is just amazing. Go check them out and you'll see why I keep coming back.
We had our dogs first grooming apt today and crista and Tina were wonderful!!! They made sure Odin felt safe and were great to work with. They were very patient and efficient. We will be booking all further apts with them. Thanks guys!!!
I highly recommend the staff and groomers here! They handle pets with delicate care, and they are able to groom my 70lbs dog without any issue. Will continue doing business with them in the future, particularly for the de-shed treatment.
TL;DR - Dropped off my dog for a grooming appointment, checked back in person 3 hours later to find out only a bath was accomplished. Employee stated they were the only groomer for the day, no fault to them. The fault lies with management for poor staffing/poor appointment management. Seemed like they were taking on more appointments than they could handle. If you don't mind your pet being out of the house, locked in a crate at a store for hours on end, this is probably the place for you. Also, hope you enjoy guessing when your pet will be finished with the appointment, due to no time frame given, and no timely phone call.

A woman named Trish put a pronged collar on my Great Dane and proceeded to shy away from explaining how it worked until I asked a 3rd time said it doesn't really hurt and that it's just pushes into their neck. How does that not hurt? All while saying I would NEVER hurt an animal. Meanwhile the dog is yelping with her tail tucked under herself. Every other experience has been great but this was unacceptable.
