Outstanding food and experience overall. Portions was plentiful, but very fresh and made to order. The singer (which I cannot remember) was solid and brought a new atmosphere to the dining experience. Overall, highly recommended across the board for every metric.
We greatly enjoyed ourselves up until the point of receiving our bill. We were seated promptly, quickly provided a nice glass of ice water and bread with both butter and special oil dipping plate. The lobster bisque was perfection as was the main course. The music was a great touch and I was delighted to hear the occasional whistle along with the music from the kitchen. It created a very happy, joyous environment with incredible food and Chianti. Unfortunately, at the end of the meal, it appeared we were forgotten by our waiter….or something happened to pull his attention from us. Eventually, we asked for the bill and promptly received it. This one issue wasn’t enough to reduce the star level, but was worth mentioning. We will definitely be back as most of the evening was lovely.
Updated 11/16/23- heard the owner sold this restaurant. Haven’t been there since the change of ownership. Prior to sale of restaurant: Amazing food, everything is outstanding and delicious. Have reserved private room for several events & parties. The services was good, food was amazingly delicious. Highly recommend.
Awesome experience. The manager came out to make rounds to each table. Large plates and plenty to take home! You will want to tip well.
This place is really an experience! The decor is beautiful and you can get lost looking at the interior scenery! There are different sized model ships as well scattered about that are neat to look at. The food is delicious. The salads are fresh and yummy and I highly recommend the chicken piccata for a main entree and a cannoli for dessert. There are separate male and female bathrooms and a variety of tables and booths to sit at. They even have large half circle booths if you have a large party.
The seafood tortellini had one shrimp in it. The veal parm was tough. The fried calamari had no flavor. The bread was good but no butter in the takeout bag. The garden salad was good
Their servings were huge. One plate can feed 4 people. The ambience was romantic yet old school. The staff were very nice and friendly. Great service
Listen! Hidden Gem... the food was delicious! I enjoyed the exceptional customer service from our waiter. I love a waiter who makes the meal work. He made sure everything I wanted was ordered even though it wasnt a entree on the menu if you follow.. the food was seasoned perfect. HIGH FIVE to the cook. Prices were descent. I will be returning.🙃
