My PC was an absolute mess! I found Ken Stone online and was hoping to get it fixed without too much hassle and expense. I chose correctly! He is very knowledgeable and kept me very informed of his progress and intentions. The PC was repaired in a short time and at a very reasonable price. Ken was super about letting me know my options and he always gave me the opportunity to be involved in his decision-making. Ken has been so patient with me this past year and a half getting my laptop straightened out--always gets right back to you, takes his time with you, and makes himself available at odd hours to help. He's a man of integrity, and has great knowledge that he kindly shares with his clients. We are lucky to have him in our tech world!
Ken is a great guy to get your computer work done at a very reasonable price. He has an office at his house and is easy to get in and out to see him. He transferred 2 old hard drives that I had onto new storage. I also purchased a 2tb external hard drive from him as well. Highly recommend checking him out.
Best repair service that you can get. He does a great job every time. Very good with explaining everything to you. Saved me from purchasing a new computer. He is definitely worth traveling for if you’re not in the area.
Called to inquire about repair service for laptop and availability. Ken stepped me through diagnistics and troubleshooting on the phone before coming in. We were able to get it working though he was glad to repair if needed in the 24hr we were in NWI.

Ken Stone used to be my boss back when I was in college. He's one of the most patient and kind tech people I've met, and really goes the extra mile to make sure that not only are his clients taken care of, but that they've learned a bit about how to better take care of their tech too.

Such a great park! Lots of things to do and for all different ages. We were there for 2 hours and still hadn't played with everything. All equipment was well taken care of and park was clean.
