Selene is great! I started seeing her once a week and she really helped to focus on my problem areas, and put together a well rounded workout that would help me tone muscles as well as lose weight. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated but she has really kept me moving. If you are willing to put in the effort you’ll be meeting your goals in no time! I’ve have always steered away from joining a gym because I was unsure of what do to in the gym. But after joining PPM and training with Chris I’ve learned that I’m athletic and know more than I thought I did. Working out with Chris I have learned so much about myself and health in general. gain self confidence and encourages me to push past the limits that I set on myself. Chris is super supportive, motivating and always plays great music. Always have a great time the staff is friendly and the space is well organized and clean.

PPM is probably one of the best personal training gyms in the area by far. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and committed to their clients. I have worked with Hank for about 8 months and in that time I have lost weight, gotten stronger and most importantly gained knowledge that I can take with me as I continue my fitness journey. Chris is also great and really cares about his business and treating people with respect. I would highly recommend this gym if you actually want to get results and not just run on a treadmill for an hour somewhere and not see much progress. You wants results go to PPM!
