I brought my laptop to Personal Computer Pros & Business Services after another repair shop told me it could be "one of several issues", and wanted me to pay $150 simply to have the issue diagnosed. I called and Dustin was able to see me 30 minutes later. I left my computer around 4pm, with the expectation I would hear from him in a few days. To my surprise he called the next morning to let me know that had he already fixed my laptop for the agreed upon estimate. He replaced the RAM that was causing this issue, and recommended that I make a modification without at all being pushy. This was by far the best experience I've had when getting a computer repaired.

I had a new MacBookAir that I had taken out of the original packaging and let sit due to illness. When I got around to using it there was no response. After several attempts, I agreed with Dustin he should take it to his shop for advanced diagnostic testing. His analysis was “spot on.” Restore it to factory settings. His work was not only timely but the best solution. His expertise, professionalism, and good humor made for a great result. I would highly recommend Dustin and definitely plan to call upon him in the future. Thank you so much Dustin.

Dustin helped me solve my PC crashing constantly. He told me the problem was the processor, and after I ordered a new one, he quickly installed it and fixed a couple other minor problems that my PC had as well. Dustin was informative, helpful, and fair with his pricing and made me feel better throughout the whole process. Despite Dustin’s schedule, he managed to take in my wife’s pc. He was quick, thorough and still got it back to me the next day. It has been performing noticeably better. While he was very professional, he also was pleasant and communicative enough to make it feel like he sincerely cared about us.

A few weeks back i bult a new computer, my main issue was i couldn't get windows to install on my new SSD, I brought it to Dustin at personal computer pros and while he had it he found a couple other things wrong with the pc build. Dustin went out of his way to make sure i had the best running pc possible and was very fourth coming about where he was at in the fix.
