Paul at Personal Business Solutions was great! My computer was fixed much quicker than promised and it works great. This is the second computer that PBS has fixed and I've been very happy both times. Would highly recommend!

I have enjoyed the services provided by the staff at Personal Business Systems for more than 30 years. They have built a few computers for me over the years with which I have been extremely satisfied. When I have needed computer products over the years, Paul has been so helpful in obtaining such for me so that they meet my needs. Since I am not a tech savvy person, I frequently require assistance with my day-to-day computer operations, and they are always willing to help me in an understanding, patient manner. I feel fortunate to have established this long-lasting relationship with Personal Business Systems and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

2024 UPDATE: Paul King and his company are the best. I now have the fastest home WiFi connection I have EVER had! And I LOVE the new big monitor. Howie and I would be lost without you Paul! Thanks for all the support you give to us and our business. Paul and Nico continue to impress us with their availability and ability to quickly resolve our computer issues. A recent Quickbooks update, changed our settings so that we could no longer email out invoices, purchase orders, etc. After spending almost THREE HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT, I got Paul on a conference call with me and Quickbooks. He found and fixed the problem in NO TIME!!! Nico just fixed a similar Quickbooks issue that surprised me when I logged in this morning. These guys and this company provides fantastic IT support and customer service. Thanks Paul and Nico!!! FROM 2017: Personal Business Systems saved the day!! When the lead computer in our small business network started to spontaneously shut down repeatedly, we called Personal Business Systems - without ever having worked with them - and Nico came right out to our office to diagnose the problem. When the computer shut down for good, Nico was here to save all of our data and provide us with a temporary computer until they build the right system for our needs. Paul King, owner, walked me through his recommendations for our new system in a non-techy language I could understand. My husband and I will sleep much better now knowing that Personal Business Systems is right around the corner with knowledgeable, professional, fast and efficient help for our small business. The owner was kind to work with as we needed to have a laptop fixed over the holidays. I was informed via telephone it needed to be updated. Later, I was told there wasn't enough space for the update to occur so we needed to uninstall data. After that didn't work we were told we needed to wipe everything out and start over. We were assured that after the computer updated the issues would be resolved. All of this took almost two weeks and the update couldn't be performed before school started. When I picked up the computer, in the same condition as I dropped it off, I was told my bill was $180.00 which was a "discounted rate." When I asked what the cost included, Nico said he had replaced the thermal paste and the rest was the cost of attempting the updates. I ended up going immediately to another local repair out of frustration and they ran the update without removing data, they found no thermal paste had been added, and the major issue we were having was due to weak soldering near the USBs. They said these were easy to fix and had everything up and running in 15 minutes. This was an extremely unfortunate experience.

I needed a new computer built so I went to PBS because they were close and I have seen them in the same place for ever! They spent 4 or 5 hours with me going over what I wanted and needed. They ordered everything to build my computer and stayed within my budget! They spent hours going over my choices of cases to find the right case to do the build! They never had a problem with me stopping in OFTEN to make changes! In the end I came home with the computer I wanted to do everything I need it too! I could have gone more expensive, or less expensive and been treated with the same great customer relations to make my purchase a great experience! I came home with an awesome computer that works exactly as they promised it would, not to mention how fantastic it looks! I'm very pleased and happy I chose them to build my computer! I would give PBS 10 stars if it was available!

I have used Personal Business Systems for at least 20 years, and they always have supplied a high level of IT support, both Software, networking and hardware. They recently built a CAD/CAM workstation the out performers a Dell System at over twice the cost. If I ever have computer related needs, they are my first and only call.

I have used PBS for many, many years and found them extremely helpful, both in service and helping to find equipment they don't carry. They have been patient in teaching me things that I need to learn and answered questions on phone calls as well as in the store. I don't know what I'd do without them.
