Always an issue here, food quality and service is less than mediocre. Main meal was old and tasted terrible. Got eggs, ham and bacon made to replace the main meal, but the eggs were not cooked fully. Person cashing us out didn't know how to take the meal I didn't eat off and charged me for the extra food. Insane

After Sunday church, we decided to eat breakfast at Perkins located at Hayes Winter Springs. The waitress was attentive and friendly. She make sure we got what we need. I just don't remember her name. Great Customer service. Thank you Perkins . We will be back again.

They charged my card twice with two different amounts, I pulled up my bank account and showed them and they told me they can't issue a refund I have to contact my bank for a refund. I had to dispute the charges with my bank so now I have to wait 10 days to get my money back. This was all for 3 pieces of pie which was way overpriced at $17. The pie wasn't even good. It tasted like chemicals and sugar. They definitely do not bake them there onsite. Do not recommend this place at all.

I came in for Sunday breakfast and everyone was so kind and warm. I ordered the country skillet and although they were out of the tater tots the breakfast potatoes were an excellent substitution!! The service was exceptional and the food was great. Everything came out so fast too!

Always great food and service! Bathroom needs updating! There was a problem with flooding from the kitchen into the dining area that soaked the carpet for weeks. It seems like it has been repaired.

I use to come eat at perkins 2xs a week for breakfast stopped going because of one particular server I don’t know her name older lady. Idk what it is but she always just has the fakest smug attitude with me whenever I have her and I know because I’ve seen how she interacts with other customers. Last straw for me today was when she kept referring to my daughter as a boy with a pink shirt on with flowers hair in short braids cause her hair is natural. I will not be back I would never want to have to come in a restaurant and say any server but that one. I literally took my food to go just so I didn’t have to be uncomfortable eating.

I really don't want to be a bad person here, but I need to say that the prices have gone through the roof at Perkins. I am a long time customer and love their bakery products, but the price of meals has become increasingly unaffordable. Great restaurant for seniors but is not affordable for many. Sorry to gave to say this.

All I can say is expensive. Two eggs hash browns two pieces of bacon and a cup of coffee $25 with tip. That's absolutely ridiculous and restaurants like yourselves, have forced me to eat at home every single morning! How is the food? Not bad, it was actually pretty tasty but that's not the point.
