This place use to be a good place to eat. The portions were bigger and prices were reasonable. Now, not only did they raise their prices but also reduced their food portions? I have lost motivation to go and eat their😐 Take a look at this portion which we paid $17.00

My wife went to Perkins to buy 2 one dozen boxes of muffins. We went to Wyoming and Montana to visit relatives. Upon arriving in Wyoming, we realized that we were given 2 boxes of 6 muffins each. We were charged for 24 muffins and received 12. When we left Perkins on our trip, the boxes were in a bag, and we didn't realize that our order was improperly filled. Never going there again. I don't know if it was dishonesty or incompetence on their part, so, if you go there, double check your order to make sure they don't screw up, whether deliberately or not. Beware and be aware. As a response to the owner's comment below, you want us to give you another chance, but you didn't offer us a refund for the 12 muffins you charged us for and never gave us. we are so very done with you and your store.

Eva has been providing me and my dad great service for the past couple weeks in the morning everyday we come in we are happy to have Eva be our waitress! She definitely deserves a raise or something like that!

Would share on the food quality and presentation, however it never arrived at my table, because I never ordered anything, because I was not served by a waitperson. The host was very friendly and brought me to my table and delivered a pot of decaf, hence a single star going to this young fellow's effort. Sadly, over the course of the next 20 minutes I established eye contact with all servers on the floor, who were more interested in doing their side work than serving me.

The older lady at the front (I think store manager) is extremely rude and shouldn't be allowed to speak with customers. She also straight up lied to me about cancelling a doordash order with a customer and the customer was completely unaware of this. When I went in to ask her about it she said she cancelled the order with doordash, also a lie. She wasted like 45 mins of everyone's time. Very rude and not a good look, Perkins do yourself a favor a drop this lady.

The food is okay at best and the service is unfortunate. We generally wait at minimum forty minutes for our food and the service is not much better with no friendly servers, no customer service, the manager is nice but that's where it stops.

Not only was our food DELICIOUS BUT I COMMENTED when we paid our bill that I could have STAYED THERE FOREVER because of the MUSIC SELECTION they played while My Husband and I were there! Love this PERKINS ALWAYS HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL!!! PLEASE CONTINUE THAT ABSOLUTELY GREAT MUSIC SELECTION, IM ADDITION TO EATING MY DELICIOUS MEAL, I WAS DANCING IN MY CHAIR! LOVE MY PERKINS IN LONGMONT CO. !!!

We generally order delivery. More than once, a side has been out. Instead of substituting another side, they don’t send any side! So when I order a main and two sides, sometimes I get only one side, and more than once I have received NO SIDES! And when I have called to address it with management, no one is available who can make it right in any way. No refund, no credit, no delivery of other food. I really WANT to like this restaurant, but they are making it impossible!!!
